Said un encanto de perdona nos atendió en todo y nos ayudó en todo lo que pedimos. El hotel está muy céntrico y es muy cómodo.

The room they gave at first wasn’t the one I reserved and was no air in it after talking with the receptionist he was like it’s hard for him to give me what I paid for with no reason , after 30 min and a lot of phones calls he change the room to what i reserved in the first place . If the receptionist could be little more nicer that gonna be better for your image

The location and staff were a bonus.

Room is clean, the view is nice, and the location was close to everything

View from the roof was to die for ! Everything was clean and nice, loved it. Location is excellent.

The city and the local culture

The Islam religion and the fact that a lot of marocans don't respect people people with an Arabic name, who don't want to speak their language. The hotel staff who looked in the luggage off me and checked all the products. The hotel staff who invented the breakfast of Ramadan because they don't eat normally on the morning. The hotel does not have cameras to prove that people entered my hotel room, without my permission, to steal and damage my clothes and products. THE PRICE WHICH EAS A SUMMER PRICE AND MORE THAT I DIDN' T LIKE The persons who wasn't to decide for other ones My clothes, things I bought, my face and my body which is/are damaged in this hotel, while I was sleeping!

Size of room was good, with balcony, & views..the location is excellent

Bathroom smell needs attention

The receptionists! They are the nicest and most helpful people ever, taking us to see the breathtaking terrace view and showing us the places to get food and answering all questions we had, despite my bad Arabic. They are the highlight of my stay there.

The hot water was broken one night. But the receptionists were so nice when we asked about it and when it was fixed they came knocking to inform us.

Helpful guy at the reception at arrival. Advised for a secure parking for a motorbike just around the corner

Toilet was running all the time, fixed it by myself. Toilet and shower had seen its best days a long time ago. No heating in the room, freezing cold.

Room has a little terrace with a nice view of Tetuan’s Medina. In the city center.

Excellent location surrounded by many coffee shops and restaurants in the city center My room has an amazing view over the old city. So wonderful Terrance.

it was not clean , no air con, staff were rude, balcony was unsafe as door cannot be closed

The hotel was located nicely close to the medina, the staff us friendly and speaks french/darija. Some nice arabic decor pieces aswell, roof top had a nice view at night.

The hotel wasn't according to my expectations at all. Let me mention first of all that there were cockroaches coming out of the shower drains, I had to kill 3 of them during my 2 night stay. The rooms had no form of ventilation so there is no fresh air unless you open your front door, plus the air is VERY humid. During my sleep I would get layers of sweat on my body. The rooms are 2 star worth at tops, the craftsmanship could be improved more. The beds are basically as hard as couches. Sounds arent isolated that well either...

The location was very good . And the view from the terrace was wonderful

No room service during my two nights of stay , the bed was small . But what bothered me the most was the noise from the other rooms and elevator . The breakfast was awful and they made us wait an entire hour to get it .

They had no breakfast ran out of food

The room was dirty with extreme smell of toilet and so hot that I spent all night outside until 4am
