There was no breakfast. Location is good.

Getting unloaded was a nightmare. I fell because there isn't a proper unloading zone. Getting into the room was way more difficult than it should be. The touch pad is difficult to active and confusing to operate.

Perfect location right on the water with a beautiful view and within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants downtown.

Parking in the nearby garage about a block and a half away. Not a big deal if you don’t mind the walk, but leaving our car unattended overnight with empty spaces in the building lot was a little discouraging.

The location was absolutely great! Overlooking the river and boardwalk, very walkable to bars, shops, restaurants... And an easy drive to Airlie Gardens, Wrightsville, Kure, and Carolina Beach. I do recommend this property!

Thankfully, there is a provision (15 minutes) to unload/load bags at the property. Parking away from the property is really the only slightly negative aspect, but parking was paid by the hosts, and it was close by (1 or 2 blocks) in a secure, covered parking deck.

Nearby restaurants. Bedroom TV was smart.

Drunkards in the allies, bars dumping their bottles at 2:30 am, cable was slow, parking a block and a half away, not being allowed in until ID was checked despite emails and conversations. Also, no full-size fridge or dishwasher.

The condo was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The lock is difficult to use and we accidentally locked it up trying to get in at about 1am and there was no way to contact the owner. The only phone number was turned off so we had to go spend $288 at a hotel until they finally responded at 7:30am and unlocked the door. The only thing the owner asked was “how many times did you try the code”. I told him I don’t know the exact amount of times and that doesn’t matter. The point is we are locked out and had no way in or to get ahold of them because they turned off the only form of contact we had. My husband was the one who locked it when he went to get his inhalers out of the room. No apology, no offered refund from the owner. Nothing. I called locksmiths and they weren’t open, called the non-emergency police, they said they can’t help and they owners should be contacted and if they won’t answer we can break in but obviously will be responsible for damages. Overall great stay just need better ways to get communication in an emergency 24/7.

Great location in downtown Wilmington with an excellent view.

We absolutely loved it !! Home away from home. Very clean, had everything we needed. Plenty of places to eat n shop within walking distance. Definitely will stay again. Night time view / lights were breathtaking
