We enjoyed our visit to Fort Collins and found our accommodations to be great for our group. I appreciate how easy it was to access and how centrally located the apartments were.

We stayed here for the night of my bachelorette party. Both apartments were clean and modern, and in a perfect location for enjoying a night out.

The loft has a great concept but very bare on amenities such as kitchen needs like coffee, sugar and just the basics. Street noise is high . Definitely enjoyed the location during the day.

What a wonderful place to stay. This apartment is close to everything! We were able to enjoy all the Old Town Ft. Collins has to offer and never get in the car. The food and shopping is outstanding. We were also able to use this as a good homebase for taking day trips to nearby attractions. One day we drove to Laramie and did some hiking, the next day we drove to Golden for some sightseeing. The owner was easy to contact and got back to me right away when I had questions. I highly recommend this location if you visit the area!!

We had a great time at this property. We are a family of five and had plenty of room. There are two separate sides of the floor, which was fun because my older two children had their own little area to hang out in, while my husband and I were able to be on the other side with the baby. You can’t beat this location- we were able to park the car and walk everywhere. Love it! We will definitely book again when visiting CO.

We love going to Old Town Ft Collins and did a girls weekend, group of 5. This is the perfect location, right in the middle of everything. The apartment was just as in the pictures. The only thing we didnt realize until we arrived is there is an apartment A and B and they are not connected, but both doors are at the top of the stairs and if you leave them unlocked you can come in and out between the 2 apartments easily. There is a main door off the street that remains locked so it was safe not having the apartment doors locked during the day when we were there. I definitely hope to stay here again.

Spacious fun place in a great location!

We had a wonderful weekend and the property was perfect for our gathering. Great location… clean and very roomy! Lots of space for adult kids to spread out. Parking was a little challenging but there is a spot directly in front where you can drop off you luggage, etc. And your within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants which is so convenient. Also the front bedroom is right along the main road so the earplugs that they leave on the nightstand is really helpful since ur in a college town it gets really load till around 1 am. And the convenience of a coffee shop right below is perfect for when someone get up before others. Thanks for a memorable family weekend.

Loved the roomy feel to the apartment and updated decor. The view was beautiful at night with the twinkling lights from the trees in old town. We rented the smaller apartment too and it was equally cute and cozy.

Such a fabulous location for our 4 day visit with family. We rented both condos and had a really enjoyable stay. Owners responded to all of our pre-arrival questions quickly. Highly recommend!

Wow! A tremendous location in the heart of everything, with amazing views out the windows, nice/comfortable furniture and a high quality feel. I would definitely stay here again!

The family went out for our own Covid style graduation ceremony. The loft was a perfect location, clean and manager was friendly.

Access was terrific right down town. The place was clean. We enjoyed our stay!
