The location is perfect. The sea is steps from the door. The place is spotless and the photos don't do it justice. The best equipped apt we have ever stayed in. Idea for a family. We couldn't get over what good value it was. Five stars!

Very well equipped apartment, with all the basics plus coffee machine and pods, beach towels, shampoo, and a bottle of wine. Everything was exceptionally clean. The situation is excellent, on a quiet side street , yet close to the sea and restaurants.

Stayed as a group of friends on a cycling holiday, plenty of storage for bikes with workstand/pump and it was easy to access by lift. The apartment was spotless and very modern with all amenities you could need. Lovely touches like a welcome pack and lots of information was left by Mel, who was an excellent host and gave us a very friendly welcome. The balcony has a lovely sea view and roof terrace was a bonus. The apartment is very well located, a stone's throw from the beach, restaurants and shops. It was perfect for our stay, we would love to come back. I would highly recommend.

The flat is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and in an excellent position for restaurants and the bay. Love that the road along this side of the bay is virtually pedestrianised now. Mel, the host, was very helpful and available 24/7. There is a pocket wetlands park next to it. Lots of birdlife and easy access to the supermarket avoiding the busy road. Why an elephant on the restaurant opposite?
We really enjoyed our stay but the mattress was a bit hard for my taste.

This property is top notch. Mel is a fantastic host and the beautiful Port Pollensa beach is just right outside the front door. The apartment was stocked with all the amenities you could want. And if there is something you need, Mel is ready and able to respond. Will definitely be going back.

The apartment was very clean and modern utilated. It had all the appliances needed. Is close to the sea with a spectacular view to the lake. The owner is very friendly and hands on.

We loved everything- so fantastic collecting the key, Mel was super helpful. The apartment had everything and more than we anticipated. So clean, and well equipped. LOVED LOVED LOVED 😎
