Nice pool area and location - staff very helpful. Breakfast had a good variety and nice and fresh.

Rooms very basic, sun beds all taken up by 8am, cleaning of room doesn’t seem to happen unless you’re out of your room early every day (ours didn’t get cleaned for two days despite us putting the sign out. Also paid for lunch on the first day which was pretty poor, so we didn’t bother with dinner any of the nights. All in all not great value for money, there are much better places to stay in Pollensa.

We got upgraded to pool view apartment, Food was very good with a large selection. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

More sunbeds and better entertainment

Todo excelente. La limpieza, la tranquilidad, las instalaciones, el desayuno, el personal muy amable. La piscina impresionante. La parte del SPA nos gustó mucho así como el gimnasio. Hemos tenido unos días de clima fenomenal. Fabuloso

Outstanding super friendly, fast and competent service!

Great food, lots of choice for everyone. I had yogurt museli and nuts, plus bread and fruit. I could have had a lot more but had to stop myself. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Could not fault this hotel. The whole resort and especially the rooms, were spotless. We stayed on a breakfast and dinner basis, and there were plenty of different choices each day. The hotel location is brilliant with only a couple of minutes walking to the beach and a lovely promenade. The pool area is fantastic . The pool itself is kept very clean and more than enough.sunbeds and umbrellas to meet the customers needs at full capacity I believe. The biggest shout out must.go to the staff: nothing is too much trouble and are always happy to help with a smile. They are a credit to the MarSenses group. We will most certainly be returning in the future. 5* All the way!!
