Amazing location right across from the beach. Had a very nice balcony and views. Staff were very nice and friendly.

Apartment was very hot during the day even though we stayed in October and not the summer. Air conditioner was not very cold and turned off periodically. We thought there was a microwave in the kitchen but our room did not have one. Overall though was still a very enjoyable stay.

I didn’t like that it was two double beds in the bedroom, but we just pushed them together and made one bed. also, the beds were hard.

Everything was wonderful. The location was ideal, the views exceptional and the owners and staff were like family. I cannot think of anything they could do to improve it. What a gem, what lovely hosts.

very comfortable and right on the beech front, close to central port polenca. Had dolca coffe machine, microwave, hob, kitchen kit and we had great beech facing balcony. good storage if you have bikes and they loan beech chairs etc.

The position of the apartment is great a little quieter than by the harbour, we had a balcony with a lateral view the sea to the front and the lake, mountains at the back. It had all the basics, cleaned every day and air con was good. We were also able to borrow a parasol which was great. amenities and beach are all close by.

The only thing was some of the furniture was a little bit out dated.

From the moment we arrived, until we left yesterday, everything about Torre Playa was great! Cynthia checked us into our apartment, and was so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment itself was very bright, airy, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and all in good working order. There was plenty of storage space in the bedroom for clothing and we took advantage of using the safe. Loved the "power shower", and really appreciated the daily room service. We had a perfect view from our balcony of the beach, lake and mountains, which was spectacular at any time of the day or night! Finally, the restaurant served wonderful food, and the staff were so friendly and happy to accommodate. We will definitely be back!!! 5*

This accommodation is in a fantastic location right next to the beach. For the money paid it was excellent value. The Air Con was nice and strong along with a lovely big fan in the bedroom. The fridge was really cold which was great after a hot day on the beach. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly and the maids came practically every day. Communication with the accommodation via WhatsApp was also very helpful. Would definitely recommend!!

We stayed in the second floor front, corner apartment with magnificent views of beach from our bedroom and of the river/lagoon and mountains from the side balcony. The apartment was roomy, light and well appointed. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The limited access to beach chairs and umbrellas from the storeroom was convenient.

Everything about Torre Playa was positive. However, as we stayed during school holidays, teenagers gathered outside on public seats near the beach each night. They yelled and screamed from midnight till 2 in the morning. This was beyond the control of Torre Playa.

The staff and the location of the property are excellent. Great if you're looking for a relaxing holiday with partner/spouse/children. Lots of nice restaurants, all walking distance. They offer free chairs/umbrellas you can borrow.

The refrigerator was noisy. The curtains has a couple of holes that allowed light to pass through. The AC works but only if set at maximum speed, otherwise it does not cool the room sufficiently.

Friendly staff. Very good restaurant. Large balcony with excellent view. Proximity to beech and centre of port.

Only one air conditioning unit situated in kitchen/main room. Cooking facilities very poor.

Perfect location, you could borrow sun umbrellas and chairs, to go to the beach, which was very convenient. Staff super nice.

The kitchen was missing some cleaning elements (sponge, cleaning cloth, etc) also some kitchen accessories were missing (cutting table, knife, etc). The apartment was a little bit noisy, you could hear the neighbors and kitchen stuff.
