The location was very convenient to the town centre. The flat was recently decorated to a high standard.
A king size bed may be a good idea if they decide to upgrade. Also, the sofa bed and arm chairs too.
No recycling options on the premises which was disappointing.

The location is great, close to the centre but very quiet. Spotless clean appartment, great communication with the owner prior to arrival.

The location was convenient for the sea front, town centre, supermarket and other amenities. There is very good off road parking.

A lovely comfortable and clean apartment with everything we needed. We especially like having a patio door which opens up onto the back garden. Also great to have our own parking space. Without walking distance to town centre and seafront.

The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk into Weymouth town centre. The flat was very well equipped and clean. Parking on site was a great plus as parking in Weymouth can be impossible.
The very uncomfortable sofa which has seen better days. Sagging and no support in the springing and as a sofa bed, unusable.

The location and size of the rooms were excellent, and the parking was so convenient (just outside the flats) which is a big bonus in Weymouth!

Everything you wanted in equipment for cooking. Location brilliant, easy walking distance to beach & town. Good having on-site parking. Great having access to the garden. Big bedroom, lovely lounge/dining room. Beautiful hallway
To have radiator on in the bathroom to help dry bath towels.

The host had thought of everything, even little lights by bunk beds for the kids. Plenty of kitchen equipment if you needed it. Lots of clothing storage too and hangers. Just perfect.
