We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. The place was beautifully furnished and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. We stayed here for the George Strait concert in College Station. This loft was perfect. So charming with the brick walls. Nicely decorated with everything we needed. This is one of those rare VRBO’s that you dont want to leave.

Whenever I am going to be in the area, this is my first choice.

The house was exactly as described! Beautiful!! Communication was excellent. Pros: perfect downtown location, beautiful apartment! Cons: -We stayed Friday-Sunday. Friday night there was a live band at the wine bar which is located outside the bedrooms. Loud until after 10:30 and putting a toddler to bed was not fun. -We had a family of 9 and planned to cook breakfast, there was only 2 pots and a cookie pan. We had to make it work to cook as we had a lot of food we didn’t want to waste. This was only an inconvenience (we would still stay again). -The unlock / lock of the Main Street door was a pain when you had multiple family members coming and going and only 1 key. Again, just an inconvenience but totally understand why it needs to be locked each time. Overall the place is great and we would stay again (without our toddler due to outside noises).

This is my second time renting this property and whenever I am in town will likely do so again. Location is so convenient, and the property is well maintained.
