The condo that we rented at The Alexander exceeded our expectations. The view and general appearance were very impressive upon arrival; but, the stay was enhanced by the generous amenities that were included and the overall cleanliness of the condo. We instantly felt comfortable and a bit pampered! I would not hesitate to recommend this unit/ rental agency to my family and friends. I imagine that we will be returning in the near future!

The View from this place is amazing! But besides that it’s just average at best for the price you pay. It really needs some updates for instance the couches are really wore out. The cushions are flattened out and they already sit very low. It’s time for a new couch with more seating as well. The 2nd bedroom is very very small…it’s good for kids or younger adults but it’s tight in there. The Alexander building itself needs a major interior renovation. It’s old, dated, and dingy. The pool area was really good no complaints there. The store downstairs is a complete rip off. The little coffee bar downstairs is really good for breakfast sandwiches and coffee that is priced fairly. Overall if it wasn’t for the amazing view I would’ve been disappointed. The owner needs to spend a little money and update this unit…it’s time!

The panoramic view of the ocean was amazing! Front desk and Valet were top notch. Host was very good at communications and very responsive

This is a great condo right on the beach. Perfect for families with teenagers because the pool scene is quite lively. Service for chairs and umbrellas on the beach were great.

Amazing views. Very clean. I liked the lay out of kitchen living room and bedrooms. I recommend staying here.

Amazing view from balcony and windows of condo. Pools & bar area were awesome and very well kept up & amazing service from pool staff & valets! The condo itself could definitely use updates.. it’s a little run down, specially sliding doors into bathroom are difficult to open and the door locks get stuck.
