No hot water No heating The property was advertised as having a balcony, however it was a juliet balcony, would not classify it as an outdoor seating area at all!!

As described in several statements the flat is very nice and the location is in the middle of the town. A bit old style / not everything is properly working (e. g. 4 light switches only one working). Very nice flat/furniture and directly located nearby top spots to visit.

No warm water! Could not be resolved on the phone and the organization on the phone could not help - no one onsite to help. As we stayed only one night we just had a cold shower as I don’t wanted to spend the whole evening on problems. No communication via booking.com did work - we just received no information about how to access the flat. Without that it was very stressful. Had to call the service and it was a bit complicated to get the keys from the key safe. Someone not used to English or good in solving issues would have been failed to access the flat? But might also be a technical issue with Booking.com - the service on the phone tried at least to support us best they could. Even worse was the parking spot - the security guards in the parking place complained to me about the process, as I had to go the the security guards and pick up the access card. Parking place is a 5-10 min walk away from the flat and you are not allowed to access the street to the flat with the car. Garbage collecting trucks during night and early in the morning did wake us up several times.

The location of the appartment, the appartment itself is nice and comfortable.

The communication through a helpdesk. We had a few questions, about how to get warm water (there wasn't any), what kind of coffee cups the machine needed (there were no cups) , about a noise making fan. All not that important, but we didn't succeed in getting in contact about it. It took us a lot of time trying to get in touch with someone, and we didn't get answers. It took us a lot of time to figure out ourselves how to solve the issues. All that time we could have walked in Lisbon to enjoy the city. Apart from this, the appartment was great, the view was nice, en everything is in walking distance.
