After arrival, host disappeared. We had a problem upon arrival with the bathroom and we could not reach out to the host during the entire stay. During the entire stay we could hear drops of water circulating behind the toilet as if there was a leak of water. This was an absolutely unbearable noise during the night for the room located just next to the concerned bathroom. The flat was not very clean upon arrival, especially the bathrooms. The quality of the materials and furniture is not high end. There is mold in the bathrooms. Also, the apartments we got do not match any of the pictures shown on Booking

Noisy at night. Electrics were very bad & kept tripping. Need sorted as there was a note as what to do when happened! Hairdryer blew up when daughter using. Double bed needed a comfy mattress protector - not a plastic cover which was uncomfortable & pillow cases that fit! air conditioning in bedroom was rubbish.

Location was great right beside good restaurants and the metro and good bar right infront but you do not hear any noise which is great. There's a shopping market right beside it which is great for staples.

But the toilet and the bathroom was not up to standards as the toilet seat was all stained the shower was abit dangerous as there was no mat on the floor as it got pretty wet and we were not given extra towels to help with that problem.

The location was perfect. It was within walking distance of many of the tourist attractions and the breakfast place next door was great for our stay. The street is wide enough for Uber drivers to make it to the front door of the building. There are many mini-markets in the area to buy basic necessities and snacks to stock in the kitchen. The kitchen had all appliances including a dishwasher. However, there are minimal pans and cookware. I wouldn't say it was equipped for making a meal but sufficient for reheating food. There is a washing machine, it also doubles as a dryer, however, our clothes dried faster using the drying rack provided. The shower head made for an enjoyable shower, the hot water lasted most nights for all 4 of us to take showers. There is a small adjoined terrace outside both bedrooms, but no furniture on it. It was nice to let fresh air in. There are plenty of cafes and bars. The music during the night didn't bother us and when you close all the windows you can barely hear anything. In all, it was a great stay for the price and location.

The door knobs to the rooms and bathroom are hard to turn, you may need both hands. The duplex apartment on the ground floor needed some additional deep cleaning. Upon first glance the apartment is clean but the walls, baseboards, and corners of rooms need cleaning. I wasn't sure if some of the surfaces in the bathroom had mold due to the excess water. The microwave still had crumbs left over from the previous stay.

A very comfortable, beautiful and spacious flat, looks exactly like on photos.

It is very well located, but in a busy area. With two bars and restaurants it was noisy until rather late in the evening.

It didn’t have any basic stuff there. No tea towel, no salt/pepper/oil, one frying pan that was burnt, a washing machine but not a single washing tablet. You couldn’t fault this place for clean, good value and great location but just a few simple little things would have made a big difference. Would not stop me staying here again though, comment was more to help the owner improve.

We arrived on Tuesday 3rd January and we were allowed to check in early to the apartment due to my mobility issues. This was greatly appreciated. The apartment is airy and well presented, though no cleaning products were available apart from brush n pan. Beds were v comfortable,and lots of closet space. The water pressure and temperature in showers were perfect, location of property was fantastic, quite close to the Time Out Market.

The service received from the managing agent lacked the personal touch. The property was advertised as having Netflix, Prime video available. The TV displayed these services but we were unable to access them. We reported this issue to the management of the flat more than twice but no one responded to us, throughout our stay Tues to Friday. Underneath the settee in the living area had not been swept and there were signs off black mould in the shower cubicle in the master ensuite.

Everything was very good. The apartment was large, comfortable, and lift accessible. Very clean, beds comfortable. The host helped me with transfer arrangements, and was very friendly. My only quibble is that I paid extra for an apartment with a balcony, and this didn’t have one.

Nothing . These are high quality appartements. Lack of booked balcony was a little annoying, ut on balance not a big issue.

we took the 2br apartment which was huge and nice. the location is great and the apartment has everything

there was a problem with the water system that made the noise of dripping water all night. I was unable to sleep in the room and ended up sleeping on the couch for all my stay. the washing machine didn’t work, the shower door was broken. minor things that can make or perfects but made our stay not so much enjoyable…

Nicely decorated, 2 eqaul sized bedrooms with very comfy beds. Very clean. Fab location near to many excellent places eat/drink/shop & 28 tram. Opposite couple of great bars and breakfast/brunch café.

Appt code failed one evening so locked out until we managed to contact host - not great after a full day/evening on your feet! Also handles to bedrooms difficult to open - beware not to get locked in!

The rooms were a good size.

The checking in process was very poor. We relied on a helpful resident for the entrance and door codes.

Great location. Very spacious. Awesome cafe, Dear Breakfast, just downstairs. Lift available if stairs an issue.

There is a rooftop bar/restaurant just behind, so a bit of late noise. Added to the vibe in our opinion.

The apartment looks nicer on the pictures than in real life. Floor plan is not very practical. Given the size of the apartment you would expect more comfortable space. The kitchen is not well equipped.

The location is great and in walking distance of several nice restaurants and shops. It's a good location to explore the city in general.

The bathroom was kind of disappointing, the shower door didn't close properly which resulted in water leaking on the floor. There was no outlet in the bathroom to use the hair dryer and the bathroom furniture was very worn off. A few more glasses in the kitchen would've been nice as well.

Nothing like the pictures which make it look significantly higher quality than reality. Lots of minor maintenance also needed.
