Had a week with close friends, fabulous weather ( for Albany!) So close to the beach, bike riding, quiet at night, very little through traffic- except at weekends, room for the boat. Suited everyone.

Stingray Beachouse just gorgeous! A group of 5 friends were very comfortable during our stay, there was enough room for us to come together, and also find a quiet spot to sit and just be. Our host, Jenny, was warm and welcoming and gave us heaps of great suggestions for things to do. We have recommended Stingray Beachouse to everyone we know!

Beautiful house in a lovely location. Emu Point is the perfect place to stay with kids, and we were well placed to enjoy all Albany has to offer. The house was just right for us all and it was very well appointed and had all we needed. Would thoroughly recommend and would love to stay again.

Everything about this premises is outstanding. The location is great for kids or adults with access to parks, beach and walking path. It is a very quiet location and we found it very peaceful.
The rooms were neat and tidy and very clean. Hot water for 12 guests. All the modern kitchen facilities including coffee machine!

We had a lovely long weekend in Albany staying at Stingray Beachouse and what a great place! We loved everything about this accommodation . It was spotlessly clean, spacious, had everything you could possibly need - so comfortable it was hard to leave! The electric blankets on every bed were heaven as it was pretty chilly down there ! Fabulous position so close to the ocean and a grassed area across the road for the kids to play. Harry the dog was very settled there too , think he was hoping it could be his forever home! The host , Jennifer, was so easy to deal with and very helpful replying to queries, before our stay, very efficiently . I’m sure we, as a family , will visit again in the future. Would highly recommend .

Amazing property at a beautiful location. Check in and check out was super simple and the host was always quick to answer questions. House was big enough for our group of 10 with enough space for us all to socialise together. House was immaculate, would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and spotlessly clean accommodation perfect for families or friends. We had older teenagers in our group and appreciated larger beds (ie. not bunk beds). Lovely kitchen and indoor/outdoor spaces. Perfect location - directly opposite beach and 5 minute walk from cafe. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Very clean and exactly as promised. Great location and heaps of beds to choose from which suits lots of adults/couples as well as kids. Great to have variety of teas and the good coffee 😁. Will def come back again. Jenny was fabulous to communicate with.

We were there in a particulary cool/windy few days - great heating, spaceous outside deck, lounge, kitchen/dining.

Stingray Beach House is right on the beach at lovely Emu Point. Exceptionally clean, well furnished with comfortable beds and quality linen, this house offers all you could want for a holiday stay. Pet friendly too....bonus! Our dogs loved the beach walks. Highly recommended.

Birthday getaway
We had 9 of us together in the house for an 80th birthday celebration, and the property was perfect for what we wanted. The location was great, the property amenities had everything we could want, the host was very friendly and everyone had a great time.

Enjoyable stay
We really enjoyed the property (again, this is our second year in a row staying there!). It is very well equiped and has some great spaces, the best of which is the deck overlooking the park and the water !

Fantastic house situated in the BEST position in Albany. It is so well fitted out with excellent and ample equipment. Great coffee machine, comfortable beds and the owner is a joy to deal with. Our happy band of painters will be back.

The house is clean, comfortable, well furnished with good seating areas outside at the front and back as well as lounge room and back room in dining area. The beds are comfortable with good bed linen.
The access to the beach by a short across the road walk is amazing. And it’s close to cafés etc.
The outdoor shower at the back is a good idea and helps avoid traipsing sand into the house.
