Die Dachterrasse und das Bad waren schön.
Die Couch war sehr durchgelegen und die Küche zu klein für vier Personen.

Das Hausboot ist voll ausgestattet, und die meisten nach Süden ausgerichtet, so dass morgens zum Frühstück als auch Abends die Sonne auf der Bootsterrasse war. Sehr schönes, sauberes Bad, zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer und keine breiten aber bequeme Betten. Alles war sehr sauber und "adrett" Einen Parkplatz konnte Patrick uns auf dem Gelände zur Verfügung stellen. Insgesamt sehr ruhig und abends richtig romantisch. Geschirrspüler, 2-Platten-Induktionsherd und Mikrowelle waren vorhanden. Alles war funktionsfähig. Unsere E-Bikes konnten wir auf dem Boot abstellen und anschließen.
O.k. die Lage am bzw. im Wasser ist zwar sehr schön, aber drumherum ist nur Industrie und Gewerbe. Man muss 1, 2 Kilometer fahren um in etwas nettere Umgebenung zu gelangen. Parken ist in der Gegend ein generelles Problem. Überall wird kontrolliert und aufgeschrieben. Im Hausboot sollten kleinere Altschäden einmal beseitigt werden. Defektes Plissé (Rollo) und Scheibenriss sollte man reparieren. Trotz Navi nicht ganz einfach zu finden.

Det luktade avlopp när vi kom men först efter att vi har klagat 4 gånger så kom någon och byte avloppstank. Det car dåligt städat och vi fick städa och torka golvet när vi kom. Diskmaskinen var trasig. Vi fick ingen kompensation.

Das Hausboot war ein Traum. Schlafzimmer, Küche, Terrasse und Oberdeck. In der Küche das wichtigste vorhanden. Fernsehen mit Netflix, Heizung, Dusche mit heißen Wasser. Bus zur Bushaltestelle 20 min Fußweg. Alternativ Elektroroller von Bolt nutzen . Gibts überall. Super günstig. 5 min z. B. 2,60Euro. Wir haben uns gleich einen gesucht und sind immer zur Bushaltestelle damit gefahren. Von der Bushaltestelle 1 Station bis Bahnhof. Dort ist ein Einkaufszentrum das größte. Hunderte von Läden. auch Lidl.
Die Kaffeemaschine war nicht gereinigt.

Det var relativt nytt der, og husbåten hadde en romslig og bra løsning. Det vi trengte av kjøkkenutstyr etc var på plass. En artig og litt annerledes opplevelse.
Beliggenheten. Ligger midt på et industriområde, og man er avhengig av bil/taxi for å komme seg inn til byen. Badet kunne også vært litt renere. Ingen butikker eller restauranter i nærheten, så husk å handle på forhånd.

We didn't get the house we booked. And the terrible smell coming from the toilet forced us to return home the same day. And when we left the key after a few hours of stay, no one asked us if everything was okay?

Fantastic experience! You have absolutely everything you need in the house. Even though it's tiny it is super cosy and comfortable. Definitely recommend it!

A nice and clean accomodation. A unique experience to sleep on a houseboat. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
For four people the houseboat was a bit too small. And the surrounding neighbourhood wasn't great, it felt a bit unsafe.

The house boat - cool idea if it is sunny.
The owner was quite rude to us. Not a pleasant person. Also they had the wrong phone number on the Booking.com site. Was a lot of confusion with check in and then they blamed it on us, eventhough we tried to contact them multible times. Trash was full. Really far from the city centre and no grocery store nearby. If you book it, have a car.

Accommodation had been great. Nice view into the marina, surprisingly warm during winter with a soft relaxing swing. Staff had been exceptional, offering an excellent service. The district Ringön provides an exciting atmosphere of an industrial port yet with good restaurants/bars nearby.

One of the best bookings I had. The boat is equipped with everything you need and the value for money is top notch. Great, easy going reception that made the whole process easy from start to finish, ready to help if anything was needed. Totally recommended! So don't miss out if you find this one available.

Location, but I knew that before booking. 35min walk to central station and 25min walk to closets tram. Few restaurants in the area but they were closed over the weekend. Thank God for uber and uber eats

Incxredible feeling to sleep on a boat, with view over the water from each room. The staff is very helpfull and friendly. We went to a local brewery recoomended by the host, it was one excellent experience. Rooms were very clean and warm, despite outside temperature were freezing. Im looking forward to book in the spring or summer, so i can enjoy the open upper deck.

Unique and really tranquil. Comfortable units with easy access. Staff were relaxed and friendly. Definitely would stay there again.
