There were plenty of linens and towels for all of us. We could spread out and have our own beds at night and that was nice. Several days we hung around the area and twice we drove into town to do Honolulu activities. it was also nice to have after hours person to contact if needed.

We stayed on the first hole of the golf course & the course restaurant was right out the back door. The condo was great! Had everything we needed sheets, towels, kitchen supplies, automatic ice maker, and extra blankets. Slept 6 comfortably. We were in walking distance to the beautiful Turtle Bay hotel/resort. We enjoyed the pools & beaches. Great place to stay. Five stars!

He was very personable & courteous. The unit could use a little updating and/or upgrading but all in all it was okay. The beddings need to be changed, especially in the downstairs bedroom. I kept thinking of Monk and his sheets he traveled with!! As we were checking out, the same friendly gentleman was in the parking lot and said they were bringing in a new bed.

Mosquitoes trapped in drains of shower upstairs. Grandkids had multiple bites. Plugged the drain with a towel at night to prevent it. When towel taken off it was clear mosquitoes were nesting in drain. Noted around wall air conditioning daylight around both sides. Very difficult to cool the place. Turtle bay is beautiful however and for that reason we would go back. But maybe not the condo Dead cockroaches in a few places

Easy to rent. Instructions were thorough. ACs are necessary because of the humidity but the master bedroom ac did not really cool the room & is very noisy & leaks onto the carpet. Kitchen was stocked and clean. Unit was clean. Master bathroom door can’t be closed because of door mounted mirror. Overall, still a nice unit to stay in.

Very good price for the location. Only major complaint is that there is no AC in the living room. It can get very hot in the summer time. Checking in is somewhat confusing, so make sure you read and re-read the instructions. If you have multiple vehicles, make sure you let them know so they can give you additional parking passes.

It was confusing which we were supposed to use. The bedroom downstairs AC unit was extremely loud and mostly covered by a night stand . The mattress cover did not fit the mattress and every night the bottom sheet would come off. The advertised amount of how many it would sleep is 6. I had 4 boys and my husband with me . One kid slept in the loft and 2 on the master bed and one on the floor of the master . The couch was too small for any of them to sleep on. There was no AC through the main living areas other then the 2 bedrooms . It was humid and the rental unit was unbearable unless you stayed in a bedroom. The extra standing fan which one of the boys used in the loft , broke over the weekend . When I called the after hours line I was told that I had to wait until Monday. My kiddo was boiling in the loft without it. The refrigerator was leaking water from above and got all my food wet. I don’t remember if AC was advertised however it would have been such a better experience if AC was installed especially for hot humid summer days. If not , at least provide a few more standing fans. Only one standing fan for the entire unit was not enough.

And because I suffer from PTSD the entire week leading up to the wedding was awfully hard for me, the fact that I was allowed to bring my service animal Hiwa-girl just melted my heart. One suggestion would be to have the owners maintain their appliances in the units better, we really could've used the washer/dryer hahaha! But other than that, I really enjoyed myself. My in-laws come every year and we always stay at the Turtle Bay Resort, but I think next year we should give y'all a call and get another townhouse! Hale Lilly provided that availability and was even better than expected. The location on the golf course and a closer walk to the Resort and beach was convenient as our other rental was further away. It is very spacious but maybe could use more seating in the living room. We loved the two bedrooms and loft and were only disappointed in one A/C not very effective. The bathrooms and towels were very nice and the overall atmosphere was light and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

We had an amazing time and enjoyed everything about Kulima Estates. The beach was beautiful, the guys enjoyed Tee time at the golf course, Grandma loved the views at breakfast a y the resort and the kids LOVED the cold pools as much as the heated ones! Staff answered all our questions and they even accommodated our last minute late check out request! We can't wait to stay here again and are thinking about making it our new spot for our annual vacation!
