We absolutely loved our stay. The Villa was quiet and seconds from the beach. Patio area outside of the door was nice and overlooks the courtyard and towards the ocean. The outside property seemed to always have maintenance cleaning up the area. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and such that allowed us to cook and save a little money by buying groceries from the local stores instead of eating out all the time, which adds up quick. My only real criticism is the water pressure is lacking, which I imagine is a Belize thing. It was a pleasure to stay here and we plan on coming back to Belize soon enough and will certainly see if this rental is available. I highly recommend this place.

This place was as described, and nearly a perfect visit except for the tiny ant problem. Hopefully they will get rid of the ants before the next guest visit.

This was a nice place to stay. Plenty of parking, right on the beach. Nice pool. And quiet!

We appreciated the AC and the refrigerator. The place is clean, and someone came to us to check if we needed anything. There's a local market about a mile away, so we were able to get water and some food to last the few days we were there. The place comes with beach towels for the pool, and it even had buckets for sand along with other pool floaties. You definitely will need transportation. We rented a gold cart; it made a big difference for us. We woke up every morning to the sound of birds and the ocean. Next time I come into town, I am staying here if availability permits.

Overall nice place for the cost. Would stay again. A few things to be aware of ...the shower water gets VERY HOT and is very hard to regulate so BEWARE so you don't get burned badly ...internet is almost non-existent in the master bedroom (a booster in that room would fix that issue) ...there was no frying pan in the kitchen. Otherwise we were very satisfied with this villa!

Beds were comfortable and everything was spotless. Pool was great. Location was great (we had a car but we were wishing we had a golf cart). Friendly people and quiet neighborhood. The only thing that was missing from our condo was a frying pan. You will love it as we did!

This condo was in the perfect spot between Seine Bight and Placencia Village. It was clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views from the patio. Open the windows and allow the breezes to blow through to unit! The grounds were kept immaculent as well. The only complaint was it had poor water pressure in the showers. We will be back!

I'm ranking this property high with the price in mind. It wasn't perfect, but it was a good place for the price we paid. It's pretty dated, and you have to go next door for food service, but it's quiet and has a nice pool and lovely pier. We had to request certain basic kitchen supplies, but they were nicely delivered once we asked. It was well cleaned, but with its age you have to overlook some wear and tear. You'd have to make that decision on getting a more modern place and certainly paying more for it. Note that it is a little way out of village; it's about a10 minute cart/car ride.

I'm ranking this property high with the price in mind. It wasn't perfect, but it was a good place for the price we paid. It's pretty dated, and you have to go next door for food service, but it's quiet and has a nice pool and lovely pier. We had to request certain basic kitchen supplies, but they were nicely delivered once we asked. It was well cleaned, but with its age you have to overlook some wear and tear. You'd have to make that decision on getting a more modern place and certainly paying more for it. Note that it is a little way out of village; it's about a10 minute cart/car ride.

Amazing property in a great location.
Super easy process, and good communication throughout. The room has everything we needed - although a larger fridge would have kept more Belikins cold!
We could see the beach from the balcony, and the pool was always inviting.
We had to cut our stay short because of the Coronavirus, but hopefully we will make our way back to Placencia soon!

The Good The Bad & The Ugly
The Good - close proximity to the pool & beach. King size beds. Good restaurants close by. Very receptive to any request for items needed in condo. Nice deck
The Bad - very old appliances and small (old) bar fridge. A good distance from Placencia. A car/golf cart is essential. You can't walk in.
The Ugly- lots of very little ants in the kitchen area. All food had to be in containers and ziplock bags (which we bought). The water pressure...you could spit faster. But there was hot water if that's important to you. The area leaves you feeling vulnerable to feeling insecure after dark.

You get what you pay for with Airbnb
It was important to us to have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and air conditioning.
They provided that for us.
What we didn't like was that there wasn't enough toilet paper for a party of 4 for 10 days. There wasn't enough silverware or glasses for a party of 4.
If you have a management team taking care of your place, they should make sure you have the basics.

Great value. Pretty beach resort
Condo is a little outdated but spacious with comfortable beds. Great value and quiet location.

A week at beachside villas
The units are clean with great access to the pool, ocean, and surrounding restaurants and bars. You are a 10 to 15 minute “car ride” from Placencia Village so plan accordingly. Sienne Bight Village is closer (less than five minutes by car).
We very much enjoyed our stay.

Paradise Placencia
Beautiful accommodations for the price. Very clean and well maintained property and grounds. There is apparently some disconnect (separate ownership) between this property and the main property of Roberts Grove but, it really had no impact on our stay. All the staff was very friendly and helpful . The two shortcomings were the Wifi access was spotty and sometimes there was no hot water. The water was certainly warm enough that it didn't really matter, but, nonetheless, it wasn't actually HOT. Location was north of the airport so getting to Placencia Village would have been a challenge without a vehicle. Definitely not walkable.
Overall we loved it and would certainly stay here again.

“The condo was as expected and in a good quiet location. The property manager was very responsive on our way in for directions. We were able to buy fresh local fruits and prepare them in the well-equiped kitchen. We enjoyed our Fruit Feast!: pineapple, papaya, soursop, watermelon, banana, oranges, mangoes. Due to beach having seaweed, we could not go in. But the pool made the trip fun on a hot day. Would recommend it!”
