We had a large group up for an ice fishing weekend and the accommodations were excellent. Property host was awesome to work with, and the check-in/check-out process was easy. We definitely will be booking this property again!

The location was perfect for all of us to travel to and the amenities were so wonderful-loads of fun things to make our stay so enjoyable!!

This lakehouse was the cleanest, and most organized we have been in. It is stocked with everything you need to have a great stay. Outdoor kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats, young kids toys, fire pit with plenty of chairs and ingredients for S'mores, indoor games and puzzles, kitchen full of everything! We had a fun time in the rain and sun! Kosirs whitewater rafting is 44 minutes away from this lakehouse. 10 of our family members bonded while we whitewater rafted in the rain on the Menominee river with an awesome guide, Mary Catherine. Thank you Eggert family for sharing your amazing lakehouse!

We wanted a home that our mothers, my husband and I, children and spouses and grandkids could all stay together in and enjoy!! This place was more than perfect!! They provided everything you need to make your vacation fun filled!! We all had plenty of things to do from morning till night for 10 days!! Great people to rent from!!

This lake property is the perfect place for a large family! The house is incredibly clean and equipped with anything you could possibly need or want. It’s great having your own pier to tie up boats, etc. The lot is huge and also has a connecting lot with a volleyball net which was great! The owner is so nice to work with and the neighbors are so friendly and kind! Just a great vacation! No one was ready to leave!

My siblings and I, with our families, and parents met up for a summer lake house week in WI. After traveling into town from out of state the property was the perfect welcome. Every detail was thought out of for guests - the kitchen was stocked with all supplies you may need (even coffee and spices). We visited in the summer and were impressed by the wide selection of “summer toys” - canoes, stand up paddle boards, floats, paddle boats, life jackets, tons of comfortable Adirondack chairs and a lily pad - to name some. The yard out to the lake was huge with a fantastic fire pit. We loved eating under the “tented” picnic table to not have to deal with bugs, but enjoy eating outdoors. Inside the beds were comfortable and the rooms designed so well for families (large bed with a second set of beds for kids). It worked just perfectly for my family with each of my siblings taking a room for their families. My kids, nieces and nephews also enjoyed the game room with video games and board games. We had an issue with the fridge while we were there and Dawn and Jason were so quick to respond, react and fix the issue. We had so much fun - it was totally relaxing (which is hard pressed when traveling with young kids). I loved this Lake House - easy five out of five star rating.

My family and I just spent an incredible vacation at this lake house--a perfect location to enjoy the outdoors while also gathering for meals, connection, and conversations in a thoughtfully appointed home. We so appreciated how the owners anticipated what might make our stay more comfortable and fun--from the array of boating options to yard games on the generous lawn to the most organized and equipped kitchen I think I've come across in a rental house. The owners were responsive and kind with inquiries, and our family could focus on being together and enjoying our time, whether outdoors or in. We loved discovering this part of Wisconsin and hope to return for a future reunion! Thank you for facilitating such a wonderful vacation for us.

This property was the cleanest property we’ve ever rented! We were welcomed with a warm note and some extra goodies which kids and adults loved. There was plenty to do for us, ice fished, explored local waterfalls, flew kites hung out and made memories all will not forget anytime soon. Thanks for sharing your beautiful cabin for a winter get away!

Nice clean house. It had planty of beds for bigger family. Kitchen was stocked with anything you need from nice coffee maker to slow cooker and air fryer. I even found boot dryer which was very nice. Also house had an abundance of board games and even smaller tv with play staytion upstairs. The yeard was just outstanding, owner had ice ring cleaned on the lake. We all enjoyed that. So overall I was very happy with our stay and the property. I can't wait to come back there in a summer. Only thing is that the fire place is not for guest use, so that was a bummer but not a big deal. We used their awesome fire pit. It has very nice cooking grates, so we grilled one of our dinners on it. One thing owner needs to work on is WIFI. It was so bad that i never used it. Even netflix was strugling to run. Speed test was strugling to find any speed too. So for busy working parents who need to do few projects while on vacation it might cause so trouble. Other then that 5⭐

All aspects of the vacation rental exceeded our expectations. The property is exceptionally well-maintained with many amenities available for our use (ice skates, sleds, etc.). I highly recommend this rental for families with children of all ages! Dawn was also a fantastic host and very responsive. The welcome s'mores basket was a wonderful touch. It was wonderful ! So much to do , paddle boats& boards , yard games . Sitting by the fire pit . Very clean , neat and organized . Good beds , all slept well , plenty of house space . Always felt safe . A lot of fun , can’t wait for next fall break . Everyone loved it .

The lake house was perfect for our fall family get away. We all felt at home as soon as we arrived. The kitchen was awesome it has everything you need. The quiet and peaceful evenings by the fire were just what we needed. We enjoyed the S'mores provided by Dawn and her family.. Dawn was very helpful before and during our stay. We recommend this house and hope to return..

Mine and another family stayed for a long weekend late September ‘21 and had an awesome time! The cleanliness of the place stood out right away. There was plenty of space and every convenience included with this property. We enjoyed the use of multiple water toys, yard games, video and board games. Great views of lake from the house, yard and dock. And the ambiance of the lighting at night was so relaxing. The hosts had information readily available on nearby stores, restaurants and activities etc. The communication was solid and there were zero issues our entire stay. I truly feel they thought of everything. When we arrived there was even a personalized note complete with complimentary s’mores ingredients, firewood and wine! What a great way to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. This lake house did not disappoint and would be a great time any season. We cannot wait to return!

This will be one of the memorable vacation forever. Every single person in the group enjoyed. We did kayaking, bonfire, grilling.... . The weather was also cooperative. I wish we could stayed there for some more time. Owner had lots of indoor games to keep kids busy. Kids enjoyed their group in water during day and with their sleeping arrangements during nights. They loved sleeping in bunk beds. This was an awesome relaxing vacation

We had a great time at Lake Noquebay. The house was impeccably clean, kitchen well-stocked and overall very comfortable. The deck and lawn area were great. All the water toys and lawn games provided were fantastic and kept us busy for hours. I highly recommend this rental.

This property was everything it said it was and more! So we’ll equipped inside and out! Perfect location! Beautiful and such a functional well planned house! Lots of extras other houses do not offer!

Our family loved our time at the cottage. The cottage was clea and comfortable. plenty of room for our family of 13. great beds nice kitchen view is wonderful. (even a bald eagle). Best part was the lake, easy access for our 3 year old. the blue float was the favorite. lots of water equipment to enjoy too.. everyone wants to return next year . This property was immaculate! The host thought of every detail and communicated often making sure we were having our needs met. Even though the weather was so so we managed to take advantage of all the “toys” available at the property ( kayaks, paddle boards, floating mat and canoes ). We brought our own boat which we were able to leave on the generous sized dock. We enjoyed the yard games provided and ended our day with a bonfire and s’mores ( a welcome gift provided by our host ). We will definitely try to visit again!

The house and host was perfect. They had all the water toys (paddle toon, canoe, kayak, noodles) and yard games you need. Inside they thought of everything, from aloe for sunburns, to wine glasses, to crock pots and muffin tins! We had fun whitewater rafting on the Pestigo and rented a pontoon at Popps Resort on another day. At night we had campfires and made host-provided S’mores! Thank you for opening your home to us!

We had a great stay in a house with wonderful amenities. The hosts communicated everything we needed to know and checked in by text regularly to make sure everything was OK. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The house had great bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen and living room. Definitely worth a repeat. We enjoyed the great yard and plenty of toys. The dock, canoes, kayaks, and paddle boats were great on the lake. We took them out many times and even paddled all the way around the lake.

The house has beautiful views to wake up to. Plenty of room to have 8 guests. Great kitchen area to hang out and catchup on the days. Easy access to trails.

We had a wonderful time at The Lake House! While it was very cold out we didn’t care as we played lots of card games and even had some putting practice with a Christmas present! The house had everything we needed and then some! We enjoyed the space in the kitchen as we made all of our meals. Beds galore and all of the the ones we used were super comfy. We wanted to get away from all of the 2020 craziness and have a relaxing Christmas with no stress. Check check! We hope to be back when it’s warmer to enjoy the lake.

The house was immaculate, well-maintained and perfect for a quiet extended weekend at the lake. Dawn was responsive, checking in with us before and during to make sure everything was perfect. Plenty of room with beds to spare! We highly recommend this location - close to a town for takeout, lots of waterfalls and nature (deer, geese, swans) but quiet with minimal people around for a fall retreat.

We have a wonderful time. How was big and FULLY stocked kitchen with anything you could need. The water toys/boats were wonderful, so much to choose from! Beautiful place and we had THE best weekend with the fall colors! Owner was so helpful as well!

We just returned from a wonderful stay on the water. The home was immaculate and well appointed, perfect for a family retreat, open concept living area with plenty of seating for family dinners. The owner was great to work with. We enjoyed the paddle-toon, canoe, bonfires, yard games and looking at the stars from the dock. We will definitely be back!
