Friendly staff, cozy room, delicious breakfast and good location!

Rooms are kind of small, just good for two people.

What a great find . Definitely stay here. Our room was clean with crisp white linen. We had a little balcony with views towards the mountains. The shower was great with hot water and good pressure . The walk into town is easy and it’s quiet at night. And bonus was the complimentary breakfast - it’s served in the lovely cafe on site that makes amazing coffee and does awesome desserts . Get the pancakes and they come with eggs too , delicious .

Perfect accommodation. Everything you need is within walking distance. The staff was helpful and arranged a tour of the volcano bar for us. I would definitely come back to this place again.

Sometimes you can hear the noise from the party in the city, but unfortunately, there is nothing you can do about it.

bathroom was not very clean when we got there, found hair and dirt on the floors. the ladder going to the bed in the loft is very sketchy to climb.

There was a Karaoke bar next to the Bungalows, so it was really loud. The rooms were noisy so we could hear the people speaking outside the room.

The accommodation was close to the bus stop and a good laundry. 15 minute walk to the centre of town. Towels were clean and white. Pleasant design and style of the rooms.

Both the check-in and check-out times stated when booking were incorrect. We arrived at 2pm and the room was not available. After waiting an hour, the hotel discovered the room allocated had not been cleaned. Although there was another room, this was being held for a 'special guest', so we had to wait another hour and a quarter for our room. This guest stayed 1, maybe 2 of the four nights we booked. The room itself is very compact and there was little space to put anything. The shower base has not been laid correctly: it has a dip so there is a constant puddle of standing water, even on arrival. The shower shelves had not been cleaned properly and were quite dirty. The top shelf was filthy. The rooms are only serviced daily on request, but the information about this was hidden in a drawer, so we didn't see it until just before we left. This kind of information could be given on arrival. In any case, when we did ask for it to be done, they forgot, and we had to ask again. As we also needed the room, the cleaner only had time to change the towels and empty the rubbish. The room was never swept or cleaned. Only one replacement soap was provided, and no replacement toiletries. The design of the cabins, 8 around a small grassy area, means it can be noisy especially if there are loud and inconsiderate guests also staying, as was the case for us. The only light comes through the front doors, but to maintain privacy from the cabin opposite the curtains have to be permanently drawn. The lock was not sufficient, simply a screw through the door. The onsite cafeteria is satisfactory, but breakfasts are much cheaper and nicer at other places in town. No discount is given for residents. For a price of over $60 per night you would expect much more service and luxury. What was on offer for this price was not sufficient and suggests a higher-end chalet-style hotel. If the price was aligned to what is offered, guests might know what to expect.

Very well located, clean and nice staff. It has a restaurant on the premises that is one of the best you can find in town and convinient prices.

I didn’t like that they opened a mini bar right next to the rooms with Karaoke, so you can hear people sing. fortunately they close early. I believe at 11pm there was no more noise.

it was a nice stay, we especially liked the bakery which is located on the site. We had to wait quite long for the check in but as it was a national holiday it was understandable.

..would go again. I enjoyed my stay, decent for the price. Basic, good, clean rooms. The place includes a restaurant called Malu that offers great food: cake and coffee as well as meat, salads, burgers.

Somewhat of a walk to town, but not too far.

The location was really good, 5 mins to town; supermarket and tourist locations

Booking.com advised my booking was the total price and did not tell me I had to pay 10% taxes on top which made for some uncomfortable interaction with the staff. Room size good for 2/3 people but anymore and it would be cramped.

Small cozy camping park with trailers and bungalow-like rooms a few minutes from center with a cafe/restaurant. Nice, clean and well maintained and quiet at night. The room was very clean and well equipped, nice little terrasse with chairs in front. The cafe/bakery has great cappuccino and good food and yummy desserts. since it was raining a lot we were very happy to have the cafe on-site. I can recommend it and would stay here again.
