Die Lage war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft war mitten in der Natur aber auch nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Wir wurden freundlich in Empfang genommen und das Personal war bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit.
Leider gab es in der Küche Ameisen. ( Am Messer im Messerblock)
Außerdem wurde bei der Abreise direkt das Zimmer und die Handtücher akribisch inspiziert. Dabei wurde aber nichts gesagt, die böse Überraschung kam zwei Stunden nach Abreise per WhatsApp. Angeblich waren alle Handtücher von uns so dreckig das sie nach dem waschen (waschen & trocknen innerhalb von 2 Stunden!?) nicht mehr für neue Gäste zu gebrauchen waren! Es wurden einfach alle (benutzen) Handtücher von uns in Rechnung gestellt(35$ für 2 großes 1 mittleres und 2 kleine Handtücher). Es wurden auch Bilder geschickt, aber ich weiß das ich kein Make-Up benutze und mein Handtuch auch keine Flecken bei der Abreise aufgewiesen hatte.
Unsere Antwort auf die Nachricht, dass mein Handtuch definitiv keine Flecken hatte und das unsere Kopfkissen bei der Anreise auch Flecken hatten, wurde komplett ignoriert. Generell haben wir eher unsere Zweifel das die Wäsche ordentlich gewaschen wird, wenn solche angeblichen Flecken aus den Handtüchern nicht mehr rausgehen und wir zudem auch dreckige Bettwäsche (Kopfkissen) hatten.
Wir sollten unsere Kreditkartendetails per WhatsApp schicken damit sie die 35$ abbuchen können und danach würden sie die Details wieder löschen. Das wollten wir natürlich nicht. Wir haben vorgeschlagen das wir die Handtücher per Paypal bezahlen und eine Rechnung bekommen möchten, daraufhin wurde der Preis um 2$ erhöht und auf die Rechnung warten wir nun seid mehreren Tagen.
Generell wirkt das wie eine Masche nachdem wir das jetzt in mehreren Kommentaren gelesen haben.

Location.
The fact that there is no housekeeping. The floors of the rooms aren’t swiped everyday, the trash is not picked everyday. Bathroom was very old, crackly shower door.
The pillowcases were small and 1/3 of the pillows were exposed. The comforter was just layed on a layer of a flat sheet. You could see the comforter, I asked for a duvet cover so my face and body doesn’t touch the naked comforter but they didn’t have one.

There's only one thing we didn't like, and it's very minor. We had to fill out a separate form for each of the family members staying (kids included!). It was pretty time-consuming after a long trip, and mostly involved repeating the same information over and over. One form for all 4 of us would have made way more sense.

Sehr schöne Lage. Zimmer mit Whirlpool mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Bequemes Bett. Qualitativ gut ausgestattete Küche. Schöner Gemeinschaftsbereich.
Bilder veraltet. Boden renovationsbedürftig mit herausstehenden Nägeln. Kein Warmwasser im Whirlpool in der ersten Nacht mit relativ umständlichen Verhandlung einer fairen Kompensation, welche jedoch schlussendlich erreicht wurde. Umständliche und ungemütliche Hausregeln. Definitiv schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

LA HABITACION NUMERO 3 DE SU SUCURSAL, APESTA, EXTREMADAMENTE PEQUEÑA, NI SIQUIERA UNA PERSONA SE PODIA MOVER CON LIBERTAD EN EL DIMINUTO BAÑO QUE OFRECEN. EL CUARTO ES DEMASIADO PEQUEÑO, UNO CAMINA ESQUIVANDO, LA CAMA, Y LUEGO EL INODORO. ADICIONAL EL TENER QUE QUITARSE LOS ZAPATOS, NO ESTAMOS EN JAPON. SU PERSONAL SE LA PASA TODO EL DIA SENTADO, NO PUEDEN MANTENER LOS PISOS LIMPIOS.

Great location, a few minutes walk to the centre. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere, great views from the terrace. The room was very clean, lovely view from the balcony, fully equipped kitchen corner. Very welcoming staff.
The bed was comfortable but on the smaller side (travel as a couple)

We stayed in the main house. It was a short walk to the main road in Boquete. The staff was very helpful providing general information, restaurant info, and directions. There is a kitchen, in the main house for use by guests with coffee makers, stove, plates and utensils, etc.
It's not as modern as other properties yet it has wonderful character.

Nothing because of what was promised and what I experienced
I was told that they wouldn’t charge me credit card and they did. After texting them, they refused to answer the phone eve I called, they told me don’t worry we can reverse your credit card charge and you can pay cash when you get here.
Not true, they refused to do this when I got there.
The description of the room said I had two rooms and a Mountain View. In actuality I had a tiny room and a street view.
When I showed the description to the person at the front desk he just shrugged his shoulders and basically said, yeah but nothing I could do.
I would stay away from this place.

Me gustó en especial la facilidad de acceso, la atención del personal, que tengan servicio de lavandería es un super plus porque fuimos a realizar muchas actividades de senderismo, cosecha y paseos a cascadas con lo cual la ropa llegaba muy sucia o mojada. El área de cocina compartida y los espacios son toda una delicia con una vista maravillosa. Verdaderamente un lugar tranquilo para descansar o ir en familia con niños si prefieres cuidarlos de exponerse a situaciones de fiesta y desenfreno. La oficina de Finca Oasis queda bajando la calle del Hotel, llegan entregas de alimentos y bebidas por Pedidos Ya. Los mejores helados los encuentran en Saoris a menos de 1km. Tienen todo cerca.
Para mí fue nueva la experiencia de dejar mis pertenencias afuera (los zapatos), sin embargo, no me desagrado después de ver lo limpias que se mantenían las áreas y observar la seguridad de la zona que se acompañan de un sistema de videovigilancia del hotel que pudimos notar y qué sirve para ahuyentar a cualquier dueño de lo ajeno.

Location was very good and the grounds were beautifully landscaped in lush plants well maintained. We enjoyed watching and listening to the birds. Loved that they had many books you could borrow over a quiet cup of coffee. Upstairs apt rooms are very nice.
We stayed in room #3 upstairs. I would not recommend this room. It is very tight, and difficult to get in/out of the bathroom without bumping into the bed or closet. Bathroom so small your knees are hitting the wall just sitting on the toilet. If you are a small person maybe ok. If you’re 6’ tall - I would say find another room.

This is an Airbnb in reality. I never got any cleaning service (even though I specifically requested it), nor any change of towels or sheets. Breakfast is not an option either. You are basically on your own. This was not what I expected, specially the cleaning part.

Villa Alejandro was great, the place was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The kitchen was very well equipped, perfect for making some small meals, good wifi and air con. There is also a lovely view from the terrace in the garden area. Abdul was a great host, he greeted us on arrival, showed us our room and was always responsive. Highly recommend.

Great location on the hillside next to town, but far enough away from the hustle to feel remote. Most restaurants/shops are easily walkable (5-10 minutes). Cabs/buses were readily available for excursions or treks outside of town.
The room was very nice, sizable and well appointed, with a balcony to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.
Beautiful gardens outback with a patio for watching the hummingbirds. The on-site host (Abdul) was fabulous.
The beds were a bit stiff for my back.

Very good location in a quiet area close to the main street. We stayed in an apartment with kitchen which was fully equiped. The room was spacious and very tidy. There was also a TV with Netflix.

We didn’t have a breakfast but we did make use of the complementary coffee. It was very good. The kitchen was well stocked with everything one would need to make a meal. The beds were comfortable and there were robes and disposable slippers provided. It was a quiet location.
I didn’t like finding out that the shower and sinks didn’t have hot water only after we were already checked in and making use of the facilities. I believe the shower had what some people call a “suicide shower”, but it didn’t do a good job heating the water. My daughter’s bed had a lot of long, black hairs in the sheets. I’m sure the management would have gladly changed them, but they were likely from the washing machine and we just picked them off.

Location was oke. Nice garden. Nice view from the common space.
You had to take of your shoes and leave them at the door. No problem. But you're in the jungle so ofcourse there will be cockroaches and other bugs. So if you are going to get your shoes later, high chance there will be bugs around, or maybe in your shoes. Easy way to fix this i think: just place a box that you can close or something. Problem solved.
Not the worst thing! Dont let this be a reason to dont book this stay :)

perfect location for walking into town and near the local bus stop too. the gardens surrounding the casitas were beautiful. many species of birds were seen from the sitting area and porch. the casita well well stocked with all the amenities that we needed. they even had fresh cut flowers in the vases.
There were moth balls placed in the trash can in the bathroom. I am very sensitive to the chemical in the moth balls. Moth balls are toxic to humans and animals so I would recommend removing these from the inside of the house.

booked specifically a room with a garden view and ended up having a view which was 90% looking outwards towards the main road where you come from. Room is nothing bad but basically an uninspiring studio (i.e. kitchenette close to the bed)

Upon arriving to Villa Alejandro, we were pleasantly surprised by the interior and exterior amenities. The shared living space was comfortable and useful and the outdoor space was filled with beautiful plants, flowers, and hummingbirds. The location was a 2 minute walk to the main street, which was perfect from getting to and from attractions. Overall, we had an incredible stay, would stay again, and would recommend Villa Alejandro to others.

Clean and Comfortable. You can easily walk to town.. There's a communal kitchen that I did use. I don't have more to say but booking.com will not let me finish the review unless I type more characters
Booking.com said my credit card was only for the reservation and would not be charged unless I was a no‐show. I was unable to pay in cash as I had hoped. This was a booking.com problem. I've had several issues with booking.com and they have no customer support. Always try to use another reservation service or book with the location directly. Booking.com is often inaccurate.
