Just perfect

Das Haus auf Lilla Fjellsholmen, einer kleinen Insel im Skagerrak, bietet einfach alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Es ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer und vorgelagerte Inseln lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der Kontakt zu Christian ist sehr unkompliziert und sympathisch. Wir würden sehr gern wiederkommen, egal zu welcher Jahreszeit.

Das Fazit zuerst: Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser gehabt, aber dieses war eindeutig das Beste und hat unsere Erwartungen klar übertroffen. Es ist daher wirklich zu empfehlen. Was aus der Beschreibung vielleicht nicht so eindeutig hervorgeht: Es liegt auf einer kleinen Insel und bietet aufgrund der riesigen Fensterfronten aus beiden Stockwerken einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Es gibt zudem rundherum Terrassen mit vielfältigen Sitzgelegenheiten, wo man den tollen Ausblick ebenfalls genießen kann. Wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist man hier bestens aufgehoben. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist eigentlich in jeder Hinsicht komplett und es bietet auch flächenmäßig jede Menge Platz, so dass man es auch bei nicht so schönem Wetter sehr gemütlich hat. Ein besonderer Pluspunkt ist auch die Sauberkeit, die man so selten findet. Der Check-in und der Check-out waren perfekt organisiert und der Kontakt mit dem sehr freundlichen Vermieter war top. Bereits kurz nach der Ankunft war uns klar, dass wir hierhin jederzeit gerne wieder fahren würden.

The bottom line first: We have had many holiday homes, but this one was clearly the best. It is located on a small island and offers a wonderful view of the sea through its huge window front from both floors. This view can also be enjoyed on several well-equipped terraces. If you are looking for a place for a quiet and relaxing holiday, you will find it here. The house is fully equipped in every respect and offers plenty of space for relaxation even when the weather is not so nice. Particularly noteworthy is the cleanliness of the property, which awaited us on arrival. Check-in and check-out were extremely well organized and the contact with the very friendly landlord was extremely pleasant. Shortly after our arrival, it was clear to us that we would rent this property again at any time and immediately took advantage of the extension option offered to us. Dirk F.

Vi kombinerade semester med jobb en vecka i maj. Fantastiska omgivningar, otroligt fint hus som inte saknade något. Med en magisk vy. Tack till värdparet som var väldigt serviceminded. Rekommenderas att åka även innan eller efter sommarsäsongen. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

We really enjoied the perfectly outfitted ant very comfortable house! i.e. almost everything we needed as Hobbychefs was there. Very good guidence throug the contactless check inn and very friendly communication with Christian. The views are magnificent, we loved it, to get waked up by the low rising sun, and have fantastic views over the sea even without leaving the bed. GREAT! Did some very nice walks around the small islands around Marstrand too. Very lovely! Thanks for the really relaxing days at your house. Wir haben das sehr gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattete Haus wirklich genossen. Auch für uns als Hobbyköchhe war die Küche nahezu perfekt mit allem was wir brauchten ausgestattet. Brauchten nur unsere eigenen Meeresfrüchte Werkzeuge ;)). Die Lage und die Aussicht des Hauses sind großartig. Wir haben es sehr genossen, morgens von der über den Inseln aufgegenden Sonne geweckt zu werden und den Blick über das Meer zu genießen, ohne überhaupt das Bett verlassen zu müssen:)) Wäre viel zu schade gewesen, die Vorhänge zu schließen..... Rund um Marstrand kann man schöne kleine Wanderungen um und über die Inselchen genießen. Alles in allem eine wirklich erholsame Woche, auch Dank der reibungslosen und sehr freundlichen Kommunikation mit Christian! Ich denke, wir kommen wieder :)) Sabine & Ralf B.

Es handelt sich um eine sehr modernes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in hoher Qualität. Die Einrichtung ist mehr als ausreichend. Wir haben uns an der schönen und exklusiven Lage, dem wunderbaren Blick auf das Wasser und der für uns reizvollen Umgebung sehr erfreut. Die Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Eigentümer war sehr gut und ganz unkompliziert. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und haben uns gut erholt. Gern empfehlen wiur das Objekt weiter und würden auch sehr gern wiederkommen.

We spent a wunderful week in this great house with an excellent view over the bay and area. The modern house is equipped with everything we could have imagined. Also the region with the isle of Tjörn, Gothenburg and Marstrand close by is nice to discover. Thanks Linda and Christian.

We had a wonderful week and wanted for nothing in the house - there was everything for our comfort and although the weather could have been kinder it did not put a "damper" on our stay. The quality of all the fittings, kitchen, appliances etc. were superb and the view from the Breakfast Table a delight! The hosts left us with plenty of information and maps of the area and we ventured far beyond the Island. The beds were very comfortable and it has to be said we slept a lot - the Bohuslän Sea Air has this effect on us "Townies". We were 5 retired Rotarians fromt he UK sharing this house and never ever did we feel that we were living on top of each other - there was plenty of space for all of us. I thoroughly recommend this property and would not hesitate to go back again. Bring your "games" for the rainy day and a bottle of wine will always help!

Lilla fjellsholmen var et fantastisk sted for vores lille familie. Dejlige omgivelser og gæstfrihed. Kunne godt være blevet en uge til.

Prachtige, nette, ruime woning met alle benodigdheden voor handen. Top locatie met Fantastisch uitzicht! Zeer duidelijke, correcte en snelle communicatie met verhuurder alsook een zeer goed onthaal bij aankomst. Het was een fantastisch vakantie !
