convenient location, waterfront property although you cant see the trail going down the water due to poor yard maintenance

extremely filthy house. kitchen was not clean, lots of food leftovers and ingredients spilled on the cabinets, all tables are sticky and had crumbs in them. couches and seats are all dirty as well. they are all stained and even remote control is oily. bedrooms are dirty. there was used dentures and used socks laying around and sheets are stain. theres not enough sheets and clean blanket in the cabinet as well. bathrooms are dirty and not stock with toilet papers or towels. all the furnitures was rearranged or broken and it doesnt look like the pictures at all. Besides the broken coucht that was sitting in the living room, there was a mountain of trash in the garage about 20 plus bags of garbage that was sitting in there for however long that is. called up the management and they promised a refund and i still didnt get it. it’s been a month since we stayed there and im still waiting. I would give this property another chance with the hopes that they remove all the broken furnitures out of the house and actually CLEAN the house. i expect cleanliness for paying $1,800 for 2 nights especially during pandemic. this house was just disappointing and filthy !!

Photos were accurate. Home was adequate, very functional, large with large rooms, but not fancy. Beach and beach access was not quite as expected but was not disappointing. Yards were huge - great place for kids to run around and use lots of energy. Tire swing and trampoline were a big hit/surprise. Walmart is within 10 minutes to pick items needed items or items that were forgotten. We never even left to go explore the area as we were busy enjoying the property and views. Tacoma and Bremerton are within close proximity and easily accessible.

I only found one frying pan. I didn't find any sauce pans. I didn't find any griddle type pans. Thank goodness I had my own pans, but I didn't go expecting a lot with regard to dishes. I'm guessing at one point, the home was well stocked with dishes/pots/pans and over time things have been broken or taken. There wasn't anything I "didn't" like.

This home had everything we needed for our large family gathering. Beds are comfortable, lots of room to spread out and house was very clean. Well equipped kitchen. The views from all the large windows are amazing. Jumping salmon was a favorite

There is a hole in some boards on the deck that could crest a safety hazard.
