Very nice apartment with a wonderful location.

The property was fine. Today I received a notice asking me for $1000 to replace linens. She claimed things were destroyed. Not true. The linens were changed by her housekeeper. There was no damage. Initially she tried to get me to go rent the place without VRBO . I would not do that. She is not a truthful person.

Our stay at this fantastic apartment exceeded our expectations. Anna was a superb host and it didn't take long to get settled. The apartment's open space and high ceilings absorbed the abundant sunlight and the tremendous view of the upper east side. The kitchen ad both bedrooms and bathrooms were so nicely appointed with all the necessities including luxurious linens and comfortable beds - so key when staying away from home. After long days of exploring the city we always loved coming home to this apartment. Things we also loved: 1. One block from the subway station 2. Three blocks from Central Park - a highlight for sure and the reservoir walk is perfect. 3. Restaurants and grocery stores everywhere. 4. Great coffee shops on Madison and Lexington 5. A few blocks from the Metropolitan Museum of Art - depending on how long you are staying, we suggest joining the museum so you can pop in on a regular basis. Extraordinary! 6. The building itself and the people who work there. You will be greeted so warmly every time you leave and enter the building. The doormen and staff are top-notch and very helpful. 7. The apartment is a great place to cook and entertain. This was our best VRBO experience and we will be back many times. Thanks to Anna and the building staff for making our stay so memorable. Susan

Anna’s house is beautiful and in a wonderful location. You will fall in love with the house the moment you walk in. We enjoyed the view and the stay very much. The house was very clean and well maintained and stocked with all necessities. She was very warm and welcoming and gave us a good tour of the house. She was always available on phone if we had any questions.

The property and location were fabulous. Anna was a great host and provided all the amenities one would need in the kitchen as well as other laundry/toiletry needs. The rental was clean and the appliances were high-end. The beds were comfortable and the city views were classic. Can wait to stay here again. Thanks Anna.

Neighborhood 87 between Lex & Park so very convenient. Lovely building w/doorman. Apartment very nice feel, high ceilings and big windows. Bathrooms modern. All very clean. Will stay there again. Anna very helpful with all questions and responsive. Good for alone or with someone else as 2 nice bedrooms.

Anna's house was perfect. Her apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable visit to New York. Very clean, the kitchen was well appointed, the view was great and the building was top tier New York living. Anna was responsive whenever I had a question and very kind through the whole visit. We will be back!

The property is spectacular, Anna is the best extremely responsive before, during and after. The neighborhood is great. Whole foods, Butterfield market, birch coffee, awesome local restaurant “gems” and easy access to Subways and taxi’s. We are already planning our next trip.
