Really nice place. The garden was a delight for our children. Genna was really helpful and forthcoming, helping us among other with arranging a wine tasting at Donnafugata. Strongly recommended.

Slight road noise but it goes very quiet when traffic subsides. Can be difficult to find.

Very nice location, we really enjoyed the nature and calm surroundings. Ideal for a stay with young children. Lovely and kind host. The house was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Close to Randazzo by car which is a very interesting and lively small town with great places to eat and drink. Very close by foot to Donnafugata, a great winerie that offers tours and tastings.

Difficult to access if you don't have a car!

Poggio Roseto was a very nice, calm place to stay during our vacation in Randazzo. Genny and her husband were very friendly. They helped us with any questions we had and made our stay very pleasant.

- The location is great to discover Mt. Etna and its surroundings, supermarkets and bakeries within 2-3 km - a great host who is nice, reactive and gives excellent advice on hiking paths and wine; when we got lost in the mountain road, she helped us real-time via WhatsApp - BBQ in the garden and the view must be wonderful when the weather is good (we were unfortunately not blessed with weather)

- No wifi - given the mountain area and the thick stone walls - which was difficult for our teenager children - We felt a little cold in the bedrooms. The heater was there for each room but maybe the power was not sufficient - The small bed in the main bedroom was a little small and the covers kept falling - Cooking utensils and basics are not there - spatulas, salt, bowls, peeler, spoons, etc. - but I think it was just a matter of asking (and as the host is very nice I imagine she would immediately bring anything you would need) - One evening the hot water ran out (but was back later so you may need to manage the shower planning well)

Very kind host and amazing garden! Good place to visit the Etna, Alcantara etc. if you have a car.

Location is very quite and privacy is top. the nature is just a step away. outdoor is very nice and even the kitchen and the rooms

Quite place, perfect to stop, relax and plan the rest of your trip. The host, Genny, was very helpful. She kept in contact with us in case we need anything. We also appreciated the fact that she contacted us about some staff we left behind, and was very nice to wait for us to go and get them back,
