We have our yearly small reunion in Galveston every year and always looking for a new place to stay. This house did not disappoint, beautiful house with elevator, wonderful views, great location to everything. There was some construction noise with a house being built across the street, but not bad. Only wish we had access to the other bedroom as we had adults over 50 that could not get on the upper bunk beds, but there was an inflatable mattress that we used. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Everything about this property is gorgeous! Views, amenities, proximity to the beach, quality of finish in the home. We stayed for my birthday weekend and loved every minute of it! The only thing that would keep us from coming back is the fact that the room with the king sized bed is locked off and the queen bed was soft thereby leaving me with a 3 day sore back recovery. Other than that I would definitely recommend renting this fantastic property in Beachtown.

Everything was very nice and clean. The only reason it doesn't receive a 5-star is the guest bathroom had a bit of a sewage odor. But we just kept that bathroom door closed during our stay, and everything else was very great. One other thing worth mentioning, which is not the fault of the owner, but there is an infestation of mosquitoes in Galveston during the summer months. The property manager was kind enough to leave us a can of OFF upon arrival.

We had an incredible time at this wonderful beachtown property! The interior was very new/updated, and we particularly enjoyed the water views from the wraparound porch. Recommend!

Our family of 5 loved this house! Plenty of space for everyone, great beach access and views and all the luxury we wanted! The house is beautifully appointed, well supplied and in the prettiest part of Galveston. We especially appreciated the private beach with limited people. I literally cried when we had to leave. Can't wait to go back soon!

We had a great time staying in one of the nicest homes in Beachtown. This home is perfectly located near the pool, porch cafe, and beach. The top floor media room is great for families gathering to watch movies! The kitchen is well equipped. We will for sure visit Beachtown again in the future.

The home was beautiful and the pictures do not give it justice... it was smaller than I expected but very nice... the owner had the master bedroom locked and I understand that but the description of the home lead me to believe we would actually have access to the master bedroom... the elevator was extra but I highly recommend it... even the most fit person will not be able to handle those stairs all day... I don’t recommend anyone who needs to park a trailer to book this property during the weekend of the Lone Star bike rally because the HOA doesn’t allow trailers... we had to park our trailer a couple of miles away which was very inconvenient... we have a couple of bikes and going back and forth to that parking lot got old very quick...

Beautiful home that is meticulously maintained and cleaned. Comfortable furnishings and well equipped kitchen. Unobstructed ocean views from decks and through windows on the beach side of the house. We would definitely stay again.

House is in a great location. Easy and quick access to beach. Great view sitting in living room of the beach. Travis was great contact person for any questions with really quick responses. Will likely rent again next summer.

This rental is taken care of like a primary home. It’s clean, great decor and wonderful wrap around porch! Travis was the leading agent we worked with both times we rented the house. Travis is professional, friendly and extremely responsive. He’s knowledgeable about not only the rental but the area in general. We greatly appreciated all his assistance and will reach out in the near future to rent this house again.

Beautiful beach house! Travis was very helpful, he informed me of a bag I had left and put it in the mailbox the next day. Right across from the beach and was stocked with all the basic necessities you would need.

Enjoyed our stay and plan to come back! The pool could have been maintained better (there was a storm the night before). At least could have had a scoop net to remove debri available. Had to wait for contract maintenance company to show up the following day before able to use the pool. Other than that everything was as advertised and enjoyed our stay!

Our family gave this rental a 5 star because we all really enjoyed our stay. If we were to create a wish list for this rental it would be 2 luggage benches for guest room and bunk bed room, we had to put our luggage on the floor which was inconvenient. Guest room needed a night stand for both sides of bed and more towels. We ran out and had to wash them which we really did not want to do on vacation. Didn't like the construction noise and the street sign noise at night due to the 17MPH winds. Maybe if the street signs were lower to the ground they wouldn't make continuous noise at nigh while sleeping. We really enjoyed the gates that locked at top of staircases for our2yo and crawling grand baby's safety, that was very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the porches and the views and the privacy of this location. All in all, we had a great vacation at this home.

House is nice, great location, good amenities- 3 stars due to little things that added up. Bed/pillows very hard/uncomfortable, no bath products, extra charge for elevator and community pool seemed excessive

I would definitely recommend paying extra for the elevator for luggage. Kitchen is well stocked to prepare a gourmet meal. Quiet neighborhood minus construction but that was during the week.

This is truly a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the community pool which is right around the corner from this house. The shopping and downtown district is also very close to this home. We really enjoyed our family vacation!

This is a beautiful beach home. It’s down towards the end of Galveston Island on a quieter section of the beach which we loved. Still only a few miles from the marina and the Strand. The dune crossover to the beach is right outside the front door and you get nice ocean breezes from the balcony on this home- although we went in July, by about 5:00 each day it was cool enough to sit on the balcony and enjoy a glass of wine!! It is maintained beautifully and has everything you need to feel at home. Loved having a washer and dryer right next to the master bedroom- perfect for beach towels and swim suits. There is an elevator which was helpful for my 70 year old father who joined us. The kitchen is on the third floor so renting the elevator was a must for us as we had groceries with us. Lovely home owners who sent along information on the local area and how things in the home worked. Highly recommend this rental if your travel plans take you to Galveston!!!

A beautiful house in a picturesque community. The view is great and the accommodations are very comfortable. It is far enough from the hubbub of the seawall and still very convenient to downtown for restaurants and historical sightseeing. We had a very peaceful and enjoyable stay.

A brilliant place to stay in Galveston. Beautifully decorated and the management team is available from beginning to end to answer any questions. Highly recommend this stunning house!

The 3 bedrooms are small, and if you think you will get the Master you are wrong, the owner locks off the nice large Master bedroom with a view so that renters can not use it (you will be relegated to the back small bedroom with no view). Owner also programs the AC to shut off and lock you out if you use too much - locked us out of the system for 2 days and owner refused to unlock it - rooms got too hot. Family very uncomfortable. Also, owner charges an extra $100 just for you to use the elevator (insult to injury). Also has security cameras (about 5) on the decks so who knows if someone is watching/listening to you and your family. Website says check out is Noon but cleaning crew showed up at 10:30am. Pay for a Rolls, get a Volkswagen. Otherwise, it is nice, clean, well maintained, good location, views from deck are nice. Has potential, but way overpriced for the surprises you get upon arrival.
