Not quite walking distance to downtown but really close. The house is exactly as described. We got lucky with the weather, the mornings were very pleasant and ideal for the hot tub. My only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay!

My daughter and I stayed while she showed livestock at the SA rodeo. Home was well kept and nice. The train was a bit loud at night. The location was a easy drive to the Rodeo.

Very nice house
The location was a little sketchy, made us a little nervous. Security system was disabled, no direction on activating. Would definitely ask about activating if planning to stay in future. The house itself was very nice, very clean. Comfortable beds, added touches of snacks, coffee, shampoo/conditioner/lotion packs was very nice addition.

This was the perfect size for my family of four. The unit was clean, spacious and the backyard space with hot tub was amazing after a long day of walking on the river walk. The neighborhood looked at little sketchy at first but the unit is well maintained and we never not felt safe. The area is well lit and easy access to downtown and 281. Kelly was an amazing host and we felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was "as advertised". We did not have any issues, but had a few questions, and the host responded incredibly quickly! I worked remotely a couple of days during our stay, and the internet worked great. We loved the hot tub, and we would definitely stay here again.

My friend had her bachelorette party here in San Antonio and we stayed at Kelly's place and it was beautiful!! Everything was clean and there were even snacks left for us! We had a really good time here and the hot tub was amazing!

College Graduation Trip
Wonderful host and home. Enjoyed hot tub and convenient location to our outings-Riverwalk, Alamo, Tower of Americas, Japanese Tea Garden. Home well stocked and communication with Kelly was excellent. Neighborhood under revitalization and some areas seemed a little concerning but security system at the house was assuring. Host was absolutely fantastic!

Cozy place
We stayed here for three nights over spring break. Really cool house. Hot tub was great and warm. We were very close to Riverwalk and the alamo. They're doing alot of refurbishing of houses in that area. Going to be great in the next year or two. Would definitely stay again. My family had a great time!

A lovely home.
The hosts are wonderful. Always responded very quickly to any questions that I had. The house is perfect for a short vacation and we’ll stocked with everything that we needed. The location was great. Please be aware of no parking within thirty feet of the stop sign. We got a $35 ticket. We never lived in a city so didn’t have a clue. But no worries there is plenty of parking along the street. We stopped at a local bar called Cherities. Profits actually go to their charity. It’s fun. You mix with the locals and it’s right down the street. Just off Cherry street. I’ve been to many VRBOs all over the world. This is a good one. The area is in the middle of rejuvenation but nothing was loud and I look forward to going back.

Great place!
My husband and I, along with another couple had it for a weekend and it was great! The river walk and everything we did was just a short Uber ride away. The hot tub was fantastic too!
