Sharp cornered timber furniture injured myself and my partner before we threw towels etc over the timber edges. Description as Superior Suite was wrong and misleading. there was no kitchenette and city views consisted of looking at buildings across the road. Iron and electric kettle were not in the room when we arrived..Long waits,for the small lift as it was used by the public to reach the rooftop bar

Location was great. Rooftop bar was amazing. The price is good for the location.

This is not really a hotel. It is serviced rooms. There is no central area. The "reception" is chaotic. The lift is not fit for purpose, particularly when lots of people are trying to get to the rooftop bar. The rooms are average. The appeal of this place is the rooftop.

Revisit as we loved our stay last year. Enjoyed the bar & breakfast. Fantastic location. Friendly helpful staff.

Queuing for the lift can be slow but we’re aware there are plans to improve that.

Very clean the staff at reception and the Bar were fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend it for this.

The room was quite small and not a great view of the acropolis had a giant water tank with big black marks which was not appealing

The lift. People staying at the property should have priority over people going to roof top bar. Very difficult to use lift and really hard when you had luggage

Ein Hotel, das in einer totalen Umbauzeit Zimmer vermietet, als ob nichts wäre , ist das letzte. Geweckt vom Baulärm, zur Dachterasse durch staubwolken, nicht mit mir. Ich habe den für drei Tage geplanten Aufenthalt nach einer Nacht abgebrochen.

Location is great, roof top bar with view of the Acropolis is fantastic.

Our room was very compact, the shower very small and area around the sink even smaller. Building work on our floor at 8am unwelcome.

The location was great and the staff so helpful and friendly

It only had one elevator and it was shared with persons visiting the rooftop bar.

Fantastic location. Don't need a car. We used the hop on/hop off buss to see more attractions. Acropolis was walking distance. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. hotel had a wonderful roof top bar as well. Would stay here again and can highly recommend.

De la ruelle, en bas, impression d’une pension de seconde zone. Un immeuble austère mais une fois dans la chambre une bonne surprise. Grande chambre pleine de coussins, grand lit bas, un plateau pour le café dans le placard… L’ensemble plutôt neuf et propre, et bien chauffé L’hôtel est très bien placé en bas de la colline de la Plaka et donc de l’Acropole, tout à portée de main: monuments, commerces, restaurants… Au milieu de l’animation, donc pas très silencieux Les jeunes femmes à la réception (entre le Rdc et le 1er étage) sont très accueillantes La vue est belle sur la cathédrale et sa mosaïque, et sur deux maisonnettes terrasses sur les toits (chambre 301)

Pour trouver l’hôtel facilement, entre la Cathédrale et l’hotel Plaka, viser le 41 rue Mitropoleos, tout de suite dans la ruelle. Même les taxis sont fâchés avec les adresses! Un bon mois avant le séjour, après la réservation, réception d’une série de sms en échange, me demandant mon heure d’arrivée et autres, de façon aimable, pour finir par me réclamer le paiement! Comme je rétorque que cela passe par Booking, le ton change et monte. Et l’on me menace d’annulation!… Je laisse courir et une petite semaine avant l’arrivée, cette fois, des mails pour le Check in et sans cesse, l’indication que mon numéro de réservation n’est pas bon… Très désagréable. Heureusement aucun problème sur place. Juste, les hotel précédents avaient un meilleur standing pour le même prix Comme dans les autres hôtels grecs, pas de rideaux opaques. Grand soleil au petit matin! La fenêtre, dans la salle de bain, restait ouverte, bloquée, par manque d’aération

En realidad no tiene ascensor propio ni cafetería son compartidos con el resto del edificio .Es imposible subir a tu habitación .Vayas a la hora que vayas hay una cola de mas de 4 esperas.Es diminuto y,allí nadie respeta las medidas Covid obligatorias,ni mascarillas,ni distancias,ni personal para supervisarlo.En la terraza /cafetería donde tienen concertado el desayuno es imposible tomar nada siempre esta llena con cola de espera .....Un sitio con posibilidades a evitar.

A small suggestion for improvement in the bathroom. If you could add a curtain or another glass in the shower it would be great, since the water was going all over in the bathroom when we took a shower. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The location was perfect right in the centre of Athens, on the edge of the Plaka district so ideal for seeing the sights, sampling the bars and restaurants and shopping. The staff at the hotel were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Good view. If you are a coffee drinker there were facilities available in the room. Complementary bottles of water were also provided.

On the downside, the hotel appears to be one floor in the building which has a (apparently popular) restaurant/bar on the roof. The lift is the usual one person and luggage (or two people capacity) which is common in the city, but, this meant you had to wait a lot for your turn as the restaurant was busy. The room was much smaller than expected and the bathroom was miniscule. I am a relatively small female and I found it a tight squeeze! There was no facilities for the tea drinkers amongst us.

Enisa was brilliant make us feel comfortable as soon as we got at the accomodations. We had the same room that we had the previous time.

I think the room needs bit of a renovation in terms of few spots that we notice from the previous time.

Right in the middle of the Plaka in walking distance to everything. We got to see so much in our 24 hours in Athens from staying here. the staff were nice and the rooftop dining has spectacular views.

The location was perfect and he room was clean and stylish.

Great location and very nice to have a rooftop bar with restaurant—amazing view of the acropolis at night! It was a little noisy at night with sounds of traffic but overall my 2 daughters (in their 20’s) and I felt comfortable, safe and were able to get ready at the high top table in the room as well as the bathroom. The second bed was not a sleeper sofa but a real bed and comfortable. There’s a small elevator but definitely happy to have it for our 4th floor room. The subway is walking distance and although the staff did not speak English very well, they were helpful and called us a taxi when needed. Would stay here again and really a great price for what you get.

Noise from the street.

Fantastic location, walking distance to the metro, Syntagma and Monastiraki. Staff were super helpful and friendly! Rooms and facilities were excellent. We loved our stay and will definitely stay there again!

The room was beautiful! It’s spacious, has a beautiful bathroom and the beds were so comfy. I enjoyed the little treats and water they left out. The rooftop and restaurant have a beautiful view & are not overpriced. Great location for the city center!
