We stayed there last weekend for Spartan Race. We had 3 families with kids from 7 to 11. They had a blast going back and forth to the lake on bikes and electric skateboards. The view is absolutely amazing!!! Ample of space for everyone to sleep, enough dishes to serve larger groups and cookware. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again!!! Host very responsive.

This was a fantastic home with great open area for a large family fun! Nice to have separate bedrooms and nice bedsfor each family. We did have trouble leveling the heat for the various bedrooms. Gorgeous view!

My family had a nice time here. The views were beautiful and it’s very spacious for a large group.

The cabin is beautiful and we loved the layout. Perfect for a large gathering. The hot tub was a plus.

Overall the house was a perfect size for our annual girls trip.

We spent a lovely weekend up in Big Bear. There were 6 of us (all adults). This place was absolutely perfect. The view of the lake was stunning and we spent much of our time on the patio enjoying the view. The check in and check out process was easy. Highly recommend this rental.

We stayed here for 4 nights with our family of 8 adults and two children under 4. Had a great time and lots of fun with plenty of activities for everyone at this lovely vacation home. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

We came here for a girls trip get away. The house was perfect for us. Clean, great location, big enough to spread out with cozy places to come together. Great stay.

We loved our stay here. There was ample room for our family of three adults and two children. We didn't need a house this large, but the amenities, the privacy, and the beautiful view from the deck won me over. The property is quite close to downtown, so access is easy. But we are up on the hill, allowing us to view the lake from the main deck and the private deck off the master bedroom. Ryan was quite receptive to any questions we had, and our communications were quick and easy.

This property is probably one of the best properties I've stayed in ever. Beautiful views of the lake, centrally located and very comfortable. If you can afford the extra $$ this place is perfect, as it would be impossible to not enjoy yourself here. Perfect for big family vacations.

This was absolutely the perfect home for our getaway. Our kids enjoyed every minute of their stay and our family was able to soak in the sunrise/sunset! We look forward to coming back soon!

I rented this house for my birthday. I invited all 4 of my daughters, two whom are married and have children ranging in ages from 1-11. The kids room was perfect for them all to sleep and watch kids movies. The house was big enough for everyone to comfortably have their own room. I loved how the dining table and patio tables allowed us all to sit together to eat and play games. The kitchen is big and spacious and contains everything you need to cook a meal. Everyone enjoyed having foseball and shuffleboard tournaments, it was a big hit with young and old alike.The house is located just a short walk from the Village, and the view of the lake is very beautiful.We all enjoyed our trip very much. If I ever decide to come again I would not hesitate to rent this house again.

Our stay was fabulous. The property was in a great location & it had amazing views of the mountains & lake. All bedrooms were good size and comfortable, it was perfect size for the 5 of us. The only downfall was the kitchen, its a little outdated, could use some work and you need to bring your own hair dyer & soaps. Overall great property, I would rent it again.

From the beginning, communication was very easy and comfortable with our host. This property was perfect, from the huge kitchen , to the open floor plan. All the bedrooms felt as though they were master suites. The location couldn’t be convenient to all big Bear has to offer. Did I mention the views? Incredible. We are all ready talking about our next trip to this home away from home.. we absolutely loved it

Ryan’s house was the perfect summer lake weekend getaway. Everything was top notch - great location hillside with sweeping views of the lake from multiple patios, hot tub included. Huge kitchen for entertaining, well-appointed bedrooms and a clutch game room off the family room. Communication was excellent with Ryan throughout the process and the house was in excellent condition. Besides that you’re just blocks away from the village for a quick walk to grab a bite but just far enough up the hill that you still feel plenty of privacy and nestled in nature. Looking forward to renting again in the wintertime.

I took my family (parents plus 2 kiddos) and had an amazing time in Big Bear! The cabin is absolutely gorgeous, extremely clean, and had all the necessities for the kiddos to be entertained, plus the adults enjoyed the jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful lake. We will definitely be returning! Thanks again!
