Great location. Right on the water. Easy access to walking path & beach. Check in information was to a T. Condo staff was knowledgeable and prepared for our arrival. Easy to access room. Mark was quick with response on questions. Room was clean and well stocked.

Renting process was exceptional. Email communication was very clear. The building is nicely renovated and the unit is very spacious, functional and clean. Pool, bar and beach exceeded expectations.. Most restaurants and stores within 15 minutes. Only downside was some noise from delivery and garbage trucks which had to be expected in a large place like this. In summary - great pool and beach vacation with amazing dinners every night in South Beach.

Unit was very well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances. Very clean and perfect layout for my husband and I and our teenage daughter. Easy access to pool and boardwalk.

The apartment was as described, had everything we needed. Was clean and plenty of room for 4 adults. Great location right on the beach. Wish there was more in the way of restaurants to walk to, but easy short Ubers. Would definitely stay here again

This unit completely exceeded our expectations. When we walked in the first thing that struck me was that is seemed so much more spacious than it seemed in the pictures! It was impeccably clean and stocked with everything you would need. The pool area was relaxing and has a tiki bar with a food menu. Servers will bring you food and beverage, and they do the same on the beach as well. (Shout out to Carlos who always seemed to be attentive to our needs!) There’s an entry/exit from the pool area to the beach, very convenient. Some buildings/hotels of this size can have issues with late night noise; never an issue here. The only noise we experienced was from the trash dumpsters being emptied in the morning, but that’s to be expected. I had to contact the owner once about the cable or coming on the main tv. He responded right away, and it was simply a matter of knowing what button sequence to push on the remote. Easy fix! To be honest I was nervous doing a VRBO for the first time with teens for spring break. For the price it was beyond the experience we would have had in a hotel! In sum, I would recommend! I would definitely come back to this unit for a future trip. Many thanks to the owner for this unit playing a significant part in our amazing trip!

The property had a good location with easy access to everything. There was plenty of room for my family of 6. Although there was a washer and dryer on the floor, it would have been nice to have a small set in the room. Beach access was great and convenient. We will definitely stay here again

Overall nice condo but Property needs a Coffee maker Other than a keurig, a mirror in 2nd bedroom and hooks in the bathrooms to make life more convenient

Property has obviously gone through deferred maintenance. Renovation is underway, and based on what I can see, will continue for some time. Hallway during my stay was in some stage of being painted, with carpet removed, and temporary lighting. A new pool appears to be in construction, with a small older pool in operation. Access to pool is through a long service hall in the basement. Two elevators insufficient to handle guests during peak times. Direct beach access and great beach, comparable to any other hotel. Apartment itself was nice, and relatively updated with ocean view from balcony. For the price, and extra charges such as cleaning fee, booking fee, service fee, I would stay elsewhere given the current condition of the property.

We liked the rental a lot. Everything was as described, bathroom worked perfect and kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Beds were comfortable and the whole place was clean. Staff from the hotel were nice and very attentive. The building is under construction so there are areas that are close and it doesn’t look that nice, but we didn’t hear any noises. We are looking forward to coming back once the building is renovated, it will look wonderful!!
