Perfect location. Priceless view. Loved cooking dinner for family of 7 and all sitting together to eat. Furniture very comfortable. Home had everything stocked we could need on our stay.

We had a great stay at the beach house. Clean and comfy. Right on the beach with lots of toys and beach items to use. Excellent communication from the host! Thanks for a great trip!

Ants, everywhere. Also Roaches & Mosquitos already inside property upon arrival. Missing siding with exposed insulation. The constant banging of the loose siding in the wind against kids wall. Downstairs kept running. Inside was not cleaned. Floors dirty. Bathrooms, tubs, inside cabinets & drawers all unclean.
Deck & colored chairs were about it for this location. Property was not rent-ready, needs much post-storm maintenance.

This is a great location right on the beach. The house is older and there's a lot that comes with that. The floors feel like they are going to fall through. Some doors don't close. There was no extra toilet paper or trash bags and only one kitchen towel. None of the knives are sharp enough to cut anything with. Oh, and there are rats in the house. The rats ate through two bread bags and one of the rats got stepped on in the middle of the night as someone was going to the bathroom.

My family and I had a great time in this house last weekend. We had several teenage boys with us and there was plenty of room for everyone. You can’t beat the views- my favorite spot was at the colorful high-top patio table. The interior needs some TLC but with a beach front property, there’s not much time spent indoors anyways. :)

This house is right on the beach. Fabulous location. The beach here wasn't too busy, perfect for keeping track of a 3 year old!
The house had everything we needed; kitchen stuff, beach toys, boogie boards.
We would definitely stay here again!

The property was awesome. Loved the easy access to the beach due to it being beachfront! It was a great stay, the house had everything you needed and we couldn’t have asked for a better week. Thank you Hank!

We absolutely loved being beach front! The house was very clean, came well equipped, and is in a beautiful location! Will definitely stay again!

Much needed rest and relaxation with family went as planned. Great location and the Host was very good with responding to any communications.
The dryer was inoperable after day 2 and the hvac vents need a thorough cleaning, those were our only issues......otherwise it was a great place and wonderful location right on the beach.

This property is in Isla de Sol but not too far from the sea wall. It has a nice new deck and communication with the property manager was wonderful. The upstairs A/C was not very cool and I sent an email later in the night as we had been to dinner and the property manager offered to come out the morning!!
I would definitely stay again but I would change cleaning companies. They did not do the best job.

I love this property right on the beach. Very casual, clean, cozy. Just steps away from the beach. Beds were comfortable. My brother, his wife and 5 kids came for a visit…plenty of dishes, serving pieces, etc. only 11 miles from downtown Galveston.

We had a great time and pretty much had the beach to ourselves. Location was perfect and we were able to use the sand toys that were there for our toddler.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The best part it was right in the beach. The neighborhood was quiet with no rowdy people during our stay. Will book this one again.

You absolutely cannot beat the location of this house. Step out the front door and onto the beach. We had a very restful and relaxing spring break!

We enjoyed our stay and being able to conveniently walk right out to the beach. The location is great. The path to the beach was partly overgrown, but maybe it is not so in the summertime. House was roomy as a family of 4.

We enjoyed staying at the house. It was right on the beach and the view was beautiful! Only a 25 minute drive to downtown Galveston. The upstairs bedroom could use new blinds. There were several panels missing on the vertical blinds making it difficult to sleep after sunrise.

The house itself is in need of a little TLC but your paying for location and the location is fantastic literally steps from the beach. And the price reflects the fact that the house need a little TLC but it was clean everything worked well and the owner responded quickly to any questions

We had a lovely week at this property. It is a one-minute walk to the beach. There was plenty of space for six adults to be comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked enough to be able to easily cook for the family.

Both kids graduated this year and this was our families last vacation before the kids head off in their own directions. The house was perfect with walk out to the water and just far enough from town that the beach was quite but the kids could drive into town for some night life. As stated in other posts some upgrades could be done but that’s not why we where there. It was pet friendly, kid friendly and just all around a great place. Highly recommend!!!
