Andrew’s condo was perfect for our family to explore the North Shore and convenient to Honolulu as well. The condo was clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. We would love to come back some day.

This was our family's first time staying on the north shore and we loved it! The condo's location was centrally located to plenty of beaches and food trucks and gave us a perfect location for all of the island exploring we did each day. We also loved the proximity to Haleiwa for the shops and wider variety of food. The condo was beautifully updated, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner and directions for accessing the condo was incredibly clear and we had no issues during our stay. It was a great size for vacation and our kids loved claiming the loft area as their space. The condo was easy walking distance to the beach and resort and also right next to a pool. We also utilized all of the walking/running trails for exercise on a daily basis. The only minor complaint of our stay at the condo was that the master bed mattress could use an update (just a personal preference on our aging backs!). Aside from that, we have zero complaints and would absolutely recommend this to others and stay here again.

Our family stayed for 10 nights, enjoyed every minute. Andrew was a great host and quick to answer questions. The condo is well appointed, up to date and has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. You can hear the ocean at night making for a relaxing evening. In addition to the condos pickelball/tennis courts and swimming pool it’s a short walk to pristine unpopulated beaches and a 10minute walk to Turtle Bay beach and the hotel. The hotel is a great location for sunset and drinks / dinner. Also short walk to Lai Lai’s restaurant at the golf course, our favorite breakfast and dinner spot. Would definitely rent from Andrew again.

Really great place to stay, we rented this out for family for our wedding. Andrew is a great host, always available and let us even have a late checkout! (we were practicing our first dance since his beautiful home had wood floor :) ) Would totally come here again, just gorgeous place!

This condo was perfect for two couples with 2 bathrooms and loved being close to the golf course and beaches!

Andrew was great at communicating and getting back when I had a question. Condo is nicely renovated with updated flooring and appliances. Warm and muggy when we arrived but the window units downstairs cooled the unit off quickly. The loft never cooled as much but with the ceiling fan it was ok. The staircase is spiral and narrow. That was not a problem for us but it could be depending who is in your party. There is not a bathroom in the loft and again, not a real problem for us but it could be. Parking was great and the unit includes a lot of extras, beach chairs, etc. It is a short walk to the resort with several bars and restaurants. I wish we would have spent another day. Really nice area with hikes, beach, golfing, surf, and food trucks close by.

We loved staying at this condo! The pictures are true to what the condo looks like. The communication was spectacular and everything went smoothly. We love staying on the North Shore and especially at Turtle Bay. We had a great experience.

The condo is situated in the Turtle Bay resort; it is a beautiful place. The only deficit is a lack of choices of mid-priced restaurants

We had a great time at Kawela Bay! The place is sparkling and we certainly enjoyed our days there.

Pros: -Andrew is a great host. Clear instructions, fast communication -well equipped unit. Literally has everything you need, even has batteries to spare -great location in turtle bay, close drive to shark’s cove, food trucks and Foodland market -upstairs loft is a spacious place for kids. They loved the spiral staircase -gated property, felt secure -quiet neighbors -nicely upgraded kitchen Cons: -primary bathroom is tight. Can hardly move in the shower and toilet area -unit has two window ac units. The one in the primary room is nice and cold. The one in the family room not so much -loft has a portable ac unit that did not get cold at all -loft has cobwebs on the ceiling that cleaners have ignored for a while. Also a collection of dust/webs by the ceiling fan -little flying bugs around the windows. Yes this is the tropics but cleaners can do a better job of getting rid of them -could use some newer mattresses Overall a positive stay as the pros outweighed the cons.

We had a great stay at this VRBO. Andrew was very communicative and responsive leading up to our trip, as well as at the end. The place was clean and access was easy. What was great is that it is well stocked with kitchen, bath, and other items. Thanks and if ever in the North Shore again, would stay here again.

This is the perfect place to stay in North Shore! Close enough to the resort to walk in and enjoy the grounds, but at a discounted rate. We enjoyed using the tennis courts and the pool in the gated condo complex. The view of the golf course from the patio was beautiful! The condo is updated and full of all the amenities you would need. The loft area was perfect for our kids. The staircase is steep, so I wouldn’t recommend for very small children or adults with mobility issues, but our kids loved it. The air conditioners cooled the unit down quickly. We loved the enclosed patio and appreciated the beach toys! There is even a cooler you can use which came in handy. We would stay here again hands down. Such a great location in the middle of the North Shore. Only 25 minutes to Alii to the Polynesian Cultural Center too, which was a plus. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beach gear included a cooler, lots of chairs, beach towels, water sports equipment and an umbrella. We learned you can rent chairs and umbrellas at Turtle Bay, so we didn’t end up using them. But great to have if you prefer to set up elsewhere. The beds were super comfy and bathrooms were so clean and equipped with soaps and towels. It’s convenient to walk to resort for dinner and drinks, and walking to beach with gear would be a bit much, but very doable. Food trucks are a 5 minute drive away and a cute beer garden for take away bottles of wine. This area is beautiful! The walking paths are the perfect way to begin your day. We would recommend this place to anyone!

We loved our stay at Andrew's property. The condo was clean, well appointed and very quiet. We loved the screened in porch in the back. The surrounding property was well maintained. Would return in a heartbeat and would def stay for longer next time. Thanks Andrew.

We had a perfect stay at this condo! It is a wonderful location-right next door to the pool and a 5 min walk across the golf course to the beach. The beach is very quiet and swimmable-even for our 9 and 12 year old. We stayed other places on the north shore-which were also beautiful but not swimmable for kids due to waves. The condo itself was very clean and everything was thought of-the laundry was efficient and they had laundry soap, dishwasher soap, everything you could need. There were boogie boards, beach umbrella/towels, scuba gear, etc on the porch. 7 minute walk to the restaurants at Turtle Bay-and 10 min drive to the Northshore beaches and food trucks. The owner was VERY responsive and kind. I left a beach cover up there and he shipped it back to us on the mainland the next day! I cannot recommend highly enough. A+!
