Stayed here during UCSC spring break and it was very convenient. Quick drives to campus, boardwalk, Capitola, downtown. One and a half blocks to beach. Beach break was pretty good for bodyboarding. Marina and restaurants were walkable. Place to rent kayaks nearby. The house had plenty of beach stuff too. WIFI good, no complaints from kids. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home if we wanted. Beds were super comfortable. Overall a nice place to stay in the area.

Took a long weekend with friends over Thanksgiving and this was the perfect house for it. Beautiful views of the beach just from the porch but incredibly close so we could stroll down to the beach to walk the dogs and watch the sunset. If you enjoy walking, the house is actually within walking distance of a lot of stuff!

The home was very clean, attractively decorated and very homey. The home was well equipped and everything worked. We felt at home immediately. The location was perfect, the attractions many and the owners very accommodating. The home was the perfect venue for what became for us, a very pleasurable stay. We cannot recommend it, or the owners enough.

This was just what we needed. Very relaxing. A short walk to the beach, and lots of room to spread out. It was very clean, and a lovely neighborhood. I highly recommend.

We loved our stay in this charming home away from home beach house! Well appointed kitchen amenities, bath towels are wonderful, and all the comforts of home are at your fingertips in this home. We loved sipping coffee in the morning on the deck with views of the beach, happy hour on the beach...then back to the deck. With just a quick walk on the beach, we found ourselves at the Crows Nest a few times, and the kids loved their beach time, shopping at the Crows Nest Market, and of course the Beach Boardwalk! This home was perfect for our dog with a fenced yard and a sunny deck to watch all the birds and beach goers. We found so many places and things to do, we are excited to return sometime soon! We will share this home connection with friends who also love visiting beautiful Santa Cruz! The home was clean and well stocked. There were no ant or bug issues. The location is 5 homes away from the beach, and easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, coffee shop, and market. There are 3 floors each with ocean views and a TV. It is very private since, at the time of this writing, there are no neighbors next to or behind the property. There is a small backyard and a great front porch with a view of the beach and ocean. It is well stocked with kitchen items, games, books, ocean toys and boogyboards, and towels. This was our second visit and we will go again many times.

We love this beach house! It is always well stocked, clean, comfortable, and only 1 block from our favorite Santa Cruz beach.....pretty hard to beat.

The house was perfect for our group. The three levels of the house each with a bathroom were great!

This house was perfect for us- two families with elementary aged kids. The house is set up perfectly with the adult bedrooms upstairs and a kid bunk room downstairs. The location was AMAZING! 3 minute walk to the beach and less than 10 minute walk to the marina that has a coffee shop, a few restaurants and a a market that sells soft serve ice cream for the kids and drinks for the adults. Overall wonderful stay!

My family was visiting and we needed an « extension » to our house during their stay. The house is perfectly located for a very relaxing time by the beach. There’s nothing like waking up in the morning and walking to the beach with your first cup of coffee. There are two bedrooms that give you the full ocean sound experience. The third bedroom doesn’t have windows and is more utilitarian. The house is very well equipped. My family was very comfortable during their stay. Marie was very helpful and quick with all questions during the reservation process. I would definitely stay there again!

We love staying here! The house is comfortable and fits our needs perfectly. The front deck is our favorite spot to sit offering a view of the beach and the neighborhood. The house is ideally located with Twin Lakes Beach just a block away, the harbor a few blocks and Seabright Beach just under a mile away—an easy, beautiful walk along the harbor.

We loved our stay in Santa Cruz. The house was very accommodating for 4 adults and 6,5, and two 2 yr olds. Walking to the beach was a breeze and the close proximity was super helpful whenever we forgot something. The kitchen was well supplied and had plenty of seating. Overall, we had an awesome time and Marie was wonderful to work with.

Perfect for a short stay in Santa Cruz. Home is clean with a great front deck, steps from the beach, and stocked full of everything you'll need for a vacation...full kitchen, BBQ, and boogie boards for the kids. Owner is always happy to answer any questions. Can't wait to return.

We had a great time the place was a short distance from the beach and allowed for short walks between BIG meals. We were 4 adults. 1 couple, 2 singles and 2 small dogs. There were plenty of bath rooms. For sure we wil be back.

We had another fantastic family vacation at this property in Twin Lakes. What a great location to the beach, food, boardwalk, etc. We highly recommend for your family stay.

The house is conveniently located, close to Twin Lakes Beach and easy to get around town. There was adequate parking. The house had plenty of room for two couples and our kiddos to relax, play, dine, etc. We enjoyed sitting on the front balcony and back patio, walking to the beach and gathering in the living area. The beds were comfortable and included high quality linens. The kitchen and bathrooms were newly remodled and well appointed. I would love to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this adorable beach house. It was plenty big for 2 adults and 4 teens. It was so nice to have three bathrooms and the kitchen was stocked very well. We enjoyed walks to the beach and lighthouse. The host always responded quickly to any questions we had and there was a beautiful boutique of flowers when we checked in. We would love to visit again during warmer months.

What a great house to visit! This is not a property it is a home. Three levels allowed all of us to be in one house in a rain storm and still have a great trip.

Cute house with all the amenities in a quiet neighborhood, close to Twin Lakes State Beach. We enjoyed walking along the Santa Cruz Small Craft Harbor out to the Walton Lighthouse. We would be delighted to stay here again!

It felt like we were staying in a family home— in the best possible way. Beds were SUPER comfortable, home had everything we needed, from shampoo to spices. Beautiful views and the best location! We loved walking down to shops and restaurants near the harbor. It was a perfect place to visit our college-aged son and stay with our baby. Thank you, we hope to come back soon!!

This beautiful and amply equipped home is ideally located on a peaceful residential street just one block from Twin Lakes State Beach. It has three levels and three bedrooms/baths to ensure comfort and privacy for groups; my husband and I were accompanied by our adult children (one married couple besides us). Everyone came away aglow from a wonderful three night stay. The hosts are friendly and accessible and easy to communicate with in a timely manner about any questions during your stay. Highly recommended!! We can't wait to come back!
