This was our fourth year renting this beautiful home on Silver Lake. Our extended family had a wonderful time making memories and spending time together. The owner has thought of everything that we might need and more!

We can't say enough good things about the house or the lake. Everything was perfect. We have a bigger family and this worked so well! The only regret is that we can't make it work for next year!!

This was our third year in a row at Dave and Belinda’s home. There were 11 in our extended family on the trip. It’s always the perfect place for fun in the water and making wonderful memories!

The house was absolutely perfect for a large family with children of all ages. The lake was beautiful and the kayaks and paddle board were so fun. The garage made our trip even better! When the kids and babies were sleeping the adults would go play card games and we didn’t have to worry about making too much noise because the garage is practically sound proof. Overall it was a perfect vacation!

We loved our stay! The house has everything you need and is very clean. The kids loved the bunk room and hanging in the garage. The lake is beautiful and the sandy beach was a huge hit. Thank you!

This was our second stay at Dave and Belinda’s home and it was wonderful again. The house fit the needs of our 11 person family perfectly! We were able to get away, enjoy our time together and the kids made memories that will last a lifetime.

Dave and Belinda were exceptional hosts, and the property is 100% accurately represented in the listing. There was so much to do for kids of all ages, and anything we needed was provided. From a technical standpoint, the internet service was amazing; my husband was able to work easily from the house. The laundry situation is ideal. The lake provides so many opportunities on sunny days, and for less desirable weather, the kids enjoyed many games and amenities in the garage. Also, the garage shower was clutch for rinsing before entering the house. Thank you, Dave and Belinda. We would love to visit again.

We had an amazing weekend! The lake is so clear and we spent hours on the lake boating, paddle boarding, tubing, kayaking, etc. The house comes with a lot of water equipment and toys. The kitchen is fully stocked and you don't need to bring anything from home. The rooms worked well for our 3 families and the kids loved the bunk beds. The owners are organized and very detailed. They send you an awesome user's guide that details all of the amazing features of the home. This is the best rental we have ever stayed at!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful & memorable week at this beautiful home. We have stayed in a number of VRBO rentals and this one was by far the best. There were too many extras to list them all. However, from games & toys to salt & pepper -- it was all there to make our stay more enjoyable. We had 7 adults and 3 little ones. the home had a perfect layout for toddlers. There is 1 staircase but it was not visible from the living area so our toddlers never even ventured near it. The outside deck is only 2 steps to a nice flat yard for lawn & toddler play. The sand launch/lake entry area made enjoying the lake easier. We all spent a lot of time on the provided kayaks, paddle boards, lily pad & swim raft. The owners were extremely responsive & helpful. Belinda even picked up & delivered some Amazon orders that we thought would come to the home but were delivered to the post office instead (FYI-there is not a mailbox so everything in Wautoma is delivered to the post office). The only minor inconvenience was some traffic noise from the street. Otherwise this rental was perfect!!!! Thank you Belinda & Dave!

We had a wonderful stay in this home. The owners thought of everything that we might need and the house fit our 11 person party beautifully. The outdoor activities were terrific and really made our trip.

This was a beautiful place to relax with our family. We had everything we needed. The yard space was used for games, eating, and enjoying the view. We also caught many fish and had fun boating. The kids enjoyed hanging out in the garage playing ping pong and poker while the parents played games in your big family room while tuning in to the Brewer game. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Our family is looking forward to making more special memories next year at this beautiful lake home.

Our family LOVED the stay at this beautiful lake home! We gathered with nine adults and seven kids and felt there was plenty of space for us all. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, landscaped with many flowers and well stocked with everything we needed. The screened in porch was a wonderful place to sit when the sun was too hot. There was plenty of seating indoors and outside. The shade from the trees were perfect to sit under while we watched the kids play in the water. The grassy area in the back yard was perfect for lawn games. They had tons of beach toys in the shed - everything our kids needed and more. We all loved the lilly pad, kayaks, paddle board and paddle boat. The small beach made a great entry into the water for the kids. The indoor game room was also a hit with everyone. Belinda was a wonderful host with quick communication. We would say there were only two small downsides: First, you had to walk through one bedroom to get to another bedroom, but they provided a large screen to add privacy. Secondly, there was some traffic noise from the street. We felt these were only slight inconveniences and we would definitely be back! We LOVED our stay here!

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The house was beautiful and well cared for. We had a large group with children and there was plenty of space, plus lots of toys for the kids. Everyone enjoyed the recreational space in the garage and the large back yard! The lake was great, the soft sandy bottom was perfect and even in the middle of September the water was pleasant. Would highly recommend!

The house and yard were absolutely wonderful. Dave and Belinda were there to greet us and were so helpful through the whole process. House was stocked with all that was needed and accommodated the 19 of us well. Loved that there was plenty of storage for our belongings. There was a bit of an issue of privacy with the 5th bedroom being accessible only through the master bedroom but we made it work. The large kitchen was great to work in and again plenty of storage for our food. The double oven came in very handy. Kids loved the huge TV and also loved the garage with all the play things. Also the extra fridge in the garage worked great for all of our beverages. The screened in porch was very nice, our 8mo old grandson napped in there everyday. The yard was great for yard games and just hanging out by the lake. We enjoyed the kayaks and boards, and accessibility to the lake was great - just a few steps down. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, will definitely come back.

We loved our family reunion vacation at this home! The owners were extremely welcoming and easy to work with, very responsive and had the place stocked with so many comforts of home. The lake was excellent for skiing, fishing and just playing around. The home was clean and worked well for our family. Thank you so much for a great week! :)

We had a wonderful family vacation on Silver Lake. Belinda was wonderful to work with. She was there when we arrived and gave us a tour of the home. The kitchen was well stocked with crockpot, a griddle, waffle maker. They provided thoughtful extras such as a welcome basket and coffee for the Kuerig. They have almost any game you can think of. The garage has a basketball game and ping pong table, which the kids loved. That was also where they had an extra refrigerator, which is where we put our beverages. The TV in the living room was huge, so great for watching movies on rainy days. The bedrooms were comfortable. The queen bedroom upstairs was through the master bedroom but it worked for our family. The lake was amazing. We rented a pontoon which we were able to dock at their home. Lots of beautiful properties on the lake. The kids loved fishing from the pier and swimming. The owners had a shed with life jackets and different water toys. There was also lots of seating outside. We could not have asked for a better home to spend our summer vacation.

Our summer family gathering at this BEAUTIFUL HOME, was PERFECT for our family of 14, 8 grandkids ages 1-18, and 6 adults!! Two sadly were not able to join us, but there certainly would have been enough space! There was PLENTY of room for sleeping, preparing meals together in the AWESOME, fully-equipped kitchen, and sharing those meals around the large dining room table! Having the additional chairs and stools made this happen! We used the double-oven EVERY day when preparing meals, and ALL of us want to replace our own refrigerator with the one here!! Having the two waffle irons, the large griddle, and numerous muffin pans, along with the Keurig and regular coffee pot, were EXRTRA bonuses for making breakfast for all in a timely manner!! The large living room and large garage, with the basketball game, ping-pong table, and extra toys for our youngest (ages 1 & almost 2) were SO APPRECIATED for times when it was raining, or everyone just wanted a place to "hang out" after hours in the lake! The extra refrigerator in the garage was PERFECT for our drink beverages, and the shower and bathroom were THE BEST for all to use during and after swimming!!! That REALLY eliminated sand and water from coming into the house!!! We ran it like an assembly line... one in, one out!:). It was just a joy to watch ALL of the outside activities from all the windows facing the beach, the delightful screened porch, the picnic table, swing, and all the available chairs, even some for the little ones! To see everything from everywhere was WONDERFUL!!! The dock was a PERFECT spot, enjoyed by all, for catching fish! Though we only caught and released, some WERE definitely "keepers!" The younger kids THOROUGHLY loved tossing out their poles, and INSTANTLY bringing in a fish!!! That kept us "older folks" VERY busy taking fish off and putting worms back on hooks! And... the outside "toys" were GREAT, too - from the raft, paddle board, kayak, two paddle boats, extra "little" toys for the little kids, and campfire grill!!! We had SUCH FUN using them all!! We just can't say enough!!! With everything that was provided, in this BEAUTIFUL home-away-from-home, our family ALL concurred - it was TRULY a "vacation paradise" where we were able to make TREASURED family memories!!! What a blessing... what a gift!!! We are SO THANKFUL to our WONDERFUL, SPECIAL hosts to be able to have spent a week here together!!!
