We had a great stay. The only thing I wasn’t aware of is that it was a second floor unit with no elevator. It was a bit difficult with our elderly parent.

The condo was very cute and clean, it had everything we needed in the kitchen although I wish it would’ve had an air fryer lol. The location was very nice and very quiet. The pools were very clean. The Jacuzzis were good and hot. Loved seeing the crocodiles in the lakes. The property manager responded quickly.

Very clean and well stocked with the extras you may forget like coffee filters and pool toys. The decor was beautiful and well maintained. While we were out something caused the AC to stop working. One call to Paul, the owner, and he had a repairman there quickly and it turned out that a fuse flipped. He called to check on it too. Great vacation and we will be back!

We stayed during our spring break. The condo was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We loved sitting on the porch after a busy day.

We felt safe in the gated community. The location worked great for us with our vacation plans. The unit was clean and well-furnished.

Nice resort with easy access to golf, Disney, dinning, and other activities. Condo was clean and had all of the amenities needed for our stay. Will stay here again.

Very clean, everything worked and looked nice, pretty views on the huge back screened in porch, lots of shade if you want to sleep in from the master bedroom with all the beautiful huge oak trees. I would definitely recommend the condo to family and friends.

We come to Davenport for an adult baseball tournament, held at a park very near Bahama Bay. The location is perfect, and we loved our unit this year. Really nice!

My Husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. The condo is a good location and the resort is nice as well. We enjoyed being close to the pool and hot tub. The condo had a smell. It smells as if there was water damage. Our luggage still smells and it has been a few weeks since we have been home. The bathrooms definitely need updated. The shower in the main bath drains very slowly and the whole bathroom gives off a grungy vibe. The carpets in the condo are absolutely disgusting and need replaced. The tv in the bedroom has no cable and you have to login to Hulu, Amazon, Netflix, ect to watch anything. The tv is also very small for how far away it is from the bed. Overall we had a nice stay but we would not come back to this condo. Also to add the resort has a raccoon problem.

Condo exceeded our expectations! Fully stocked with towels and everything we needed in the kitchen. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

Had a great stay in this property, everything is just as pictured in the listing. Super clean, no issues and best of all not too far from Disney! Would definitely recommend.

Only issue was neither bedroom Tv would connect to cable or Internet. Personal iPads worked sporadicaly.

The condo was perfect.One of the most beautifully decorated rentals that I have stayed in. Everything you need is provided. The property was beautiful. All the pools were a very short walk. I loved the screened in balcony… perfect for your morning coffee and your evening adult drink. I didn’t want to leave !!

Great communication with the owner, he answered any time we called was very friendly and let us check in way before our time , convenient location for our Disney trip, very clean, loved the place, comfy beds and rooms and the resort has a beautiful beach area with pool and bar, best place to stay! We will definitely be back!!

Resort was super relaxing. Easy drive to disney parks away from busy traffic areas. Staff super friendly..lots of activities on the resort. Property owner was awesome. Easy to contact and quick to answer all our questions and resolve any issues with property. Was contacted the day of our arrival that dryer was broken but repair was going to take a few days..owner actually offered to have someone pick up our laundry to be dried for us...however, we didnt even need to avail of this as owner actually replaced the dryer instead of waiting for repair. Now thats service. Only negative was our safe didnt work but we weren't aware that the unit even had a safe so no big deal! Definitely would recommend this resort and condo!! We plan on returning in the future.
