Brandon made sure everything was perfect for our anniversary trip. Excellent communication skills and accuracy in his listing enabled us to enjoy every aspect of our trip. All of the tips he provided were spot on. Beautiful location and the listing is accurate- the views are million dollar from EVERY ROOM! We look forward to staying again. Incredible place to relax and enjoy the views from the hot tub.

My wife and I love the Maggie Valley Waynesville area. We have been visiting here for over 30 years now. We decided to spend the week of Christmas here this year and began looking for a cabin with 3 must have aminitys a wood burning fireplace a hot tub and a beautiful view of Maggie Valley and this cabin met all of those. Of all the places we have stayed over the years this cabin has by far the best view of the Valley. Brandon’s description of the property was 100% spot on and booking, check in and check out was easy thanks to his clear directions. We were extremely satisfied with the Cabin and the whole process of booking and highly recomend staying here 😊

My wife and I stay in mountain rental cabins 2-3 times per year. This was one of our favorite places so far. The location is very convenient to Maggie Valley / Waynesville while still being very private. The place was very clean and comfortable. Brandon was very accommodating and easy to deal with. The views from both decks and the hot tub were spectacular!! We will definitely be back.

My husband and I chose this property for our vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The property was very clean and maintained, had everything that you could ask for while staying there. Brandon, the property manager was very friendly and attentive, he kept in constant contact with you to make sure that your stay was going well. This is a property that we definitely stay at again when in the Maggie Valley, NC area.

Why the Total Package?...1stly, FANTASTIC VIEW. Falcons Ridge is an absolutely comfortable place...it stayed warm with very little heat, the wood burning fireplace (with blower!!) was so nice, especially after coming in from enjoying the views from the hot tub. It was nice to have good internet. Brandon assured us that we would get used to the drive up, and we did. The grand finale, the battery in our car died and Brandon was a life saver finding someone to come jump us off. The entire time my husband was communicating with Brandon, he repeatedly said "This guy is so nice." We will be returning.

Quaint little town, beautiful and secluded home, and Brandon was absolutely great. It was a perfect place for a quiet trip / sister reunion and I would definitely return in future.

Short and simple, Falcon Ridge was a perfect choice for our Mountain Getaway! The communication from Owner start to finish was great, the views spectacular and home was fully furnished with everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay! Easy 5-STAR RATING!!

Brandon’s directions to find the house were perfect. He also gave great tips on getting up the mountain, which was REALLY appreciated! We drove a FWD vehicle and managed well. Home was cute and clean with beautiful views!

Although we only had 4 days, we had an awesome stay. This home is clean, cozy and private with a wonderful view of mountains and valley. The host was most accommodating and prompt responding to any communications. Highly recommend staying, you won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights after dropping our youngest off at college and we loved the property and location. The view was so beautiful and we loved having the hot tub to return to in the evenings. Brandon was a great host and offered information on a local waterfall that we really enjoyed. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

Loved this home, enjoyed the hot tub on the deck every evening. Views were amazing. Home is secluded but still pretty close to town and activities. The road up was pretty easy to navigate, I have a Hyundai Tucson hybrid and was no problem. Would recommend this home!

We had a great time at Falcon Ridge. The house is perched on the side of a mountain with beautiful views from every room. I recommend the hot tub while the sun is setting then s’mores by the fire pit. Very easy to communicate with the owner. This house had every thing we needed for a great vacation in the mountains

Excellent location for many activities. Close to restaurants, main street through Maggie Valley, shops, hiking, and private enough up in the mountains if you don't want to venture out. This house has amazing views of the mountains and you can hear a nearby stream. Definitely agree with others regarding the drive up and needing the appropriate vehicle. We have a 4x4 GMC 2500 truck and had no issues except having to do 2 point turns to make the sharp curves. It's definitely intimidating the first time up if you are a flat lander like us (from Fl) and i would recommend arriving while it's still light out which was until about 930 pm. Once you have gone up and down twice it's nothing. One thing to keep in mind if you are traveling with someone that has problems with stairs or the elderly, the living quarters are located upstairs (maybe 12 stairs?)with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on the bottom level. There are stairs leading up the the top deck from the driveway which is convenient. Each bedroom has a bath, one with a tub of needed for small children. There is also bathroom on the top floor. The beds were very comfortable and each room has a deck, sliders, and a view of the mountains. We chose to sleep in the room with the double bed because that one had a tv in the room. Our 2 dogs loved laying on the deck watching the birds. Small stretch of grassy area near fire pit for them to use. Highly recommend this house! Brandon was awesome, quick to reply and gave thorough instructions.

Stayed at this place over July 4th weekend. What a great location up in the mountains overlooking Maggie Valley! The views from the deck did not disappoint! Took us about 30 minutes to get to the national park which we spent several days hiking. Brandon was a great host and very communicative. The house was clean and was a great getaway for our family. Would definitely stay here again!

Throughly enjoyed our stay at Flacon Ridge. The views from the deck were beautiful! The house was well appointed, with everything needed. We used it as a home base to the Great Smoky National Park, which was about 25 minutes away.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Falcon Ridge! Brandon is an excellent host (this was our second stay in one of his properties) and his home was welcoming, well-located and has fantastic views of Maggie Valley! Even during a week with a lot of rain, we were able to squeeze in nearby hikes and return to the house for hours of games, reading or relaxing. We hope to be back again very soon!

We were looking for a anniversary getaway just the two of us and our dog’s, Falcon Ridge was the prefect place to reconnect and unwind from all the hassle of daily life. Will use them again in the future.

This was our first trip to the area, for a long weekend with two parents and adult son. The house was perfect for us. Wish we had more time, but tried to make the most of it with a brief hot tub soak and fire in the fireplace one evening. The location is great and the amenities perfect. Property management was first rate, with great communication and responsiveness. Hoping to return for more time in the future.

This cabin was comfortable and homey. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the spectacular view of Maggie Valley.

My husband, my adult son, and I stayed here for a short getaway. We also brought our dog. The cabin was exactly as listed, and the directions were great! We did not see or hear another car nor any other people our entire stay at the property. The views from inside and outside the cabin were amazing! We enjoyed our quiet and peaceful stay, and we are already planning a return trip!

This was our 4th time staying in this cabin. We enjoy it every single time. Breath taking view and love the small town below. We will be returning for sure.

This was our second visit to Pelican Ridge. We will never stay anywhere else in Maggie Valley. We love it!

We primarily booked the property for the view and it's proximity to the Cataloochee Ski Area. The view was incredible- especially waking up to it in the morning, overlooking the valley. I had some great early morning hikes with our Doggo! Once you get down off the mountain, it's super close to a lot of great local restaurants and was barely 15 minutes to the Ski Lodge! The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a long day on the slopes. Definitely recommend.

The home was very welcoming. The warm appointments, personal photos/touches made us feel at home. The view was wonderful to wake up to and watch the sundown in the evening. We also loved that my dog Milo was able to join us. Would highly recommend this beautiful property.
