Very good location, highly recommended for families and groups.

A lovely, spacious town house, very central and close to amenities plus very easy to find. I took a 5 -10 minute taxi ride from the train station so easy to get to also. Beautiful, clean, fresh, warm if needed and everything essential in house including a hairdryer and iron which was so handy. Two bedrooms and the bed I slept in was so clean and comfortable, I had the best sleep. Pretty patio area for sitting outside and parking included which is a great bonus. The owners/ host of the house were so helpful if I needed to ask them anything and the checking in and checking out was very easy to follow with a security gate and lock box for access to the property. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this wonderful town house in Derby to all. Thanks again, Jenna

Neat and tidy rooms. Good location for easy access into and around Derby. All facilities provided.

Location does mean it gets loud in the night due to university students. Some of the kitchen cupboards require fixing. some radiators were broken and couldn’t be turned down at the source, so had to find the boiler to turn things off. Bedding could be a bit softer.

Very comfortable house with everything we needed. Short walk from city centre - enjoyed the Makers Museum, vegan market and the cathedral. Great places for coffee or a meal within walking distance. Secure parking was a bonus. Great to have both rooms with en suite. Everything on hand for self catering. House very clean and well presented.

Some printed instructions for the oven would be useful, and maybe also the TV, but the hosts are very helpful.

beds were comfy, leach bedroom having own bathroom, it was approx. 15 min. walk to the center, 20 minutes walk to the center

The landlord was very helpful. He knew about the furniture and already had plans to replace them. He was surprised about the dog smell (it's a no pets property) so left some upholstery odour spray with a box of cookies and prosecco at the door the next day which was lovely. The parking and being close to the city was very useful. The space was good for us as a couple and we really liked the master bedroom and ensuite. There were some condiments left which was really helpful (although some sachets out of date so we added our own!)

When walking in there was a smell of dog. There were a few bits of furniture that needed updating. The small freezer handle in the fridge was broken and couldn't get the smaller shower to work. We were close to the centre but the double glazing needed updating or even triple glazing as it was quite loud. Some cleaning equipment to wash up like sponges would have been helpful (although there was up washing-up liquid, one dishwasher tablet and laundry tablets).
