Property was clean and quiet. There were a few nuances but nothing that impacted our stay. Only concern isn't necessarily a concern for all but would be a concern for littles. Water heats up fast and can burn. If you have little ones just watch them when turning on the hot water. Also as you come in the front door watch for a slight step up. If you come in from the bright outside with sunglasses on it's easy to miss. I and several of my guests tripped the first time through. Area of town appears eclectic from the outside but was very quiet other than a few fireworks (but we were staying pretty close to the 4th of July). Everything in the town is very close. The town has a lot of amazing history and this town is situated perfectly to go see things up in the mountains without having to pay the added expense of being in the mountains. Lots of place to spread out. We had 4 adults and 2 children.

Favorite part of the home was, the extra fans in the rooms!!! I couldn't fit my fan in the car from Texas. The house was amazing clean, the little touch with the sign and pop corn was nice.

Nice Property good location.

The main floor of this property was very clean upon arrival. We appreciated the large couch that fit everyone in our party comfortably. Our issue was that this was listed as a 4 bedroom when it is really more like a 2 bedroom. There is a bedroom in the basement but it did not seem safe. There was no light in the steep stairway going down until you are almost at the bottom of the stairs. The entire basement smells like what could be gas as well as having a musty/moldy smell. The basement bed mattress looked to be in bad shape as well. As far us the main floor, the master bedroom can only be accessed through the hall bedroom. This works for parents and children but would be not work adults wanting privacy. This should instead be advertised as 2 bedrooms with 3 queen beds. Other than the bedroom and basement situation, this was a well equipped, clean place to stay.

My children and I traveled to Pueblo to spend Christmas with my parents. The property was very clean, has a well equipped kitchen, and is very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was only 5 min to my parents home. This property was a perfect place to relax and rest after a busy day visiting with family. Thank you! We will definitely stay here again!

Aberdeen was perfect for us. So much nicer than a hotel and close to the river walk and everywhere else we needed to go!

This little house was great for 2 families to stay in and about 15 minutes from Lake Pueblo where we spent our days. One recommendation would to be to repair the railings on the outdoor deck.

We stayed at this awesome little place for a conference in Pueblo and it was perfect! It wasn't too far from anything and the neighborhood was nice. It was quiet and the house has plenty of space to accommodate a bunch of guests. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was a perfect base camp for spending the day at Colorado Springs, and this house was just cheaper than equivalent properties elsewhere. The only odd thing was it had a 4 person table for so many bedrooms!

The house was perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean and good central location. I was disappointed slightly about how many extra fees there were.

It was a nice house and exactly what we needed. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. I did attempt to get ahold of the contact to see if we could check out a little later than the checkout time but didn’t hear back until 4 hours later.

Good For our company and roomy.

We came to Pueblo for our Son's wedding and it was nice to stay here it was close to our venue and the house was roomy and spacious. It was a very nice stay.

Very convenient location . Clean house 🏡 I was just surprised there were no outlets in one bathroom if you needed to dry your hair . Other then that everything was ok

We rented this house for a trip for 4 adult couples to attend a festival. The house was very spacious and spotlessly clean. There were plenty of towels to accommodate everyone. I would recommend this rental for sure. On top of all that the gentleman renting he house was a pleasure for work with!!

My family of 5 loved this spacious home. Brian is so quick to respond for any questions. I've never seen a rental stocked so well. He really did think of EVERYTHING for this cozy home. We never ran out of silverware, the neighborhood was peaceful & quiet & we had room for everyone to spawl out on the upper level with the basement to spare. I would rent this house over & over again & recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Pueblo area. Thanks again for offering up such a splendid property!!!
