The apartment was spacious and clean. Bed n pillow were very comfortable. The towels smelled clean n nice too.

The toilet didn't have bidet so its abit inconvenient but they do provide a pail and scoop.

Everything is perfect from the unit until the host,Nice unit,recommended to all,for sure will come back again.👍

The check in was easy, as there is a office at the first level to collect the keys as well as all the paper works and deposit could be done there. And its quite convenient to park at the designated car park lot and access to the lift lobby and to the apartment.

There is a club opposite, thus after 9pm- 10pm there will be loud music. Living at level 28, i could hear the music at night. They could put more vending machine at the ground level as an option for night snacks.

The host was helpful.

The apartment was big enough. The facilities were poor. No hot water until we learned we had to turn on a switch outside the bathroom. Why wasn't this already done for us? No plug for the kitchen sink & no hot water outlet for this sink. No tea towel & hardly enough glasses. Cupboards were empty with hardly anything supplied.

The parking that I get is at the corner and too close with the other corner parking lot. if both lots parked by suv can cause a bit of problem

Big apartment with good view and clean rooms. Location is good - next to a small shopping mall and nearby the famous KSL shopping centre. Security is good.

The ASTRO satellite TV channels were not watchable and needed subscription. The TV remote control was not working even though the batteries were changed to new ones, and had missing battery cover. The shower gel and shampoo were in containers not properly labelled and there was no way to tell which was which. There was no shower curtains to stop the showering water from drenching the toilet roll. The floor felt a bit sticky on the feet. The WIFI strength in the master bedroom (with attached bathroom) was weak. The metal grilles padlock at the main door was a bit cranky. We had trouble trying to get it unlock once, and it took us quite some time and lots of calm to finally get it open.

毎日22時〜4時ぐらいまでライブ？の騒音が酷い。ここに泊まる場合は耳栓が必須。

One of bedroom door was faulty

Th apartment was clean. Aircon was working well. Shower had hot water. Check in was smooth.

It was next to a pub, so the music could be heard at night. There was only one pass card, which made it not convenient for the group to split up.

- Info & communications both pre and post stay: 10/10; check-in and checkout were also very easy with the homestay reception/office at ground level of the building; nice staff! - Location: 10/10 - walkable to KSL Mall (maybe 15-20min easy evening walk through quiet residential estate); lots of super local eateries literally within 3min or less (Thai coffeeshop right beside; huge carpark diagonally opposite with numerous eateries along three sides; movable lok lok (choose and fry skewers) van that is in front of the coffeeshop nightly); minimart beside coffeeshop; etc. - Facilities: v nice and big covered playground at Level 7 (together with pool) - Apartment: super nice, spacey, bright and very clean (even balcony and storeroom were dust-free!); bedlinen etc definitely super fresh as well; even had water filter and washing machine; gated apartment doorway was very handy for keeping footwear outside as well

- Be prepared for some nightlife noise as sound travels up to higher floors and clubs are around the area (that said, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again even with two young kids!) - Building maintenance (exterior walls, pool) isn’t top notch but the interior of the apartment itself definitely was (see earlier comment). Again this was quite negligible and wouldn’t put us off another stay there as apartment itself and comms etc were excellent.

Communication with the host for the check in and check out is easy. Generous apartment areas

Old facilities needing an upgrade (especially bathrooms). Cleaning was not fantastic. Closets were dirty and the bed sheets and towels need to be replaced. AC was not working in one of the bedrooms. Not enough cutlery or a toaster

Flexible checkin time, very clean and spacious, very convenient with 24/7 mart nearby to buy water and other basic necessities, friendly and informative host. Was on the 32 floor so quite far from the ground floor, but could still hear some of the clubs but was not very loud. We did not manage to checkout the facilities.

Wifi did not work on the first day, messaged the host about it and they told us to restart the wifi and it worked after. Shampoo and body wash looked weird (has separated layers) so we just got our own from the nearby convenience store, lift sensor was not the most sensitive, takes couple of tries with access card to scan and choose level.
