Front desk were nice

House keeping is bad. It's supposed to touch up the room for my next day stay but they only refill mineral water. Toilet and Room not doing cleaning. And they report to front office is everything done in my room. So bad I think the hotel management should to take note on his house keeping team.

There were alot of places to eat around the hotel, which was good.

I could have paid the same amount for a much much better hotel also around the same area, some even slightly better actually. This was my worst stay! It's Malaysia's version of fragrance or hotel81!! They don't even have a lift to their rooms on the 3rd floor and all their rooms are on the 3rd floor only, so it's an extremely small hotel. A very sad looking room, I wouldn't stay there ever again. Their breakfast was bad, the breakfast area is only the size of a room. Staff are not very helpful. We parked our car In front of the lobby instead of the carpark to be safe and we had to pay 20rm for it, when we asked the staff if there would be a security guard or someone looking after that car, their reply was NO! So I asked is there at least CCTV CAMERA? And they said yes but when I went outside to take a look, not very sure if the camera was actually facing the parking area. Also once we parked our vehicle there, if we were to leave or grab something and come back even within 5 mins, we need to PAY THE 20RM AGAIN!!!! I don't mind paying the 20rm if someone was gonna look after my car! But the G5 hotel didn't even have a security guard in the first place, so I asked the staff why am i paying if there won't be anyone keeping an eye on my car!!! It doesn't make sense!! I'm saying this because I've stayed in JB almost every weekend so I know how other hotels work!! By far the best is Trove and holiday Vila if you are looking to stay near KSL!!! So NEVER EVER GOING THERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
