Apartment was fairly clean and new. Short walk to Komtar and City Square Mall so pretty convenient for this location.
Traffic can be horrendous due to the road diversion. The towel rack has dislodged. Shower glass panel not clean properly. Most toilet holder getting loose and poorly maintained. Cutlery not complete like usual AirBnB. The lift when getting up and down can be a pain as it takes very long with only 4 lifts serving 37 storeys. Staffs uses same lift as guests which should have own cargo or staffs lifts to minimize overloading wait.

Staff were nice and courteous. They were also responsive when we made requests for extra bed and iron.
The apartment was not clean. We had to buy our own cleaning supplies to clean the toilets. Showerhead was falling apart. There was mold. Floor of apartment had stains. Cushions smelled musty. Balcony had nice view but could use a new coat of paint or mold removal. Breakfast was a disappointment. Only had very limited food spread and was not delicious. We skipped the breakfast on the 2nd morning even though we already paid for it.

Great location as it is close to CIQ. The Deluxe King suite was spacious.
Breakfast spread was very limited and the cafe was small.
There was mould on the ceiling and water was dripping from it.
The shower was faulty and water pressure was awful.
The mattress was a tad too hard.

It is near to eateries and shopping mall like City Square and near to CIQ.
It was just too noisy with the jamming at the 24-hour cafe. The apartment is just opposite. It is best if they could have the jamming or karaoke in the cafe rather than outside as it disrupts the occupants’ sleep.

Its in the town area, there is a 7-11 downstairs open 24/7 and there are alot of eateries in front of the hotel
The breakfast buffet spread wasn’t good

Floor and view was nice . City view . Clean living room and spacious .
While sleeping we heard a footsteps around the house , well this is not out first stay , but we did saw a 'figure' at the top pool restaurant too .if to those couples do not have any fickle minds the place is nice to stay but try to keep all lights switch on while asleep n close doors n locked all times for emergencies .

Soap and shampoo quality. It is more like those dishwashing detergent.
Aircon in the 3 bedrooms were not working. No air at all.
