The room for 2 pax is super spacious for an affordable price of S$151 per night with king bed (which is exceptional standard is queen bed), balcony, sofa, marble writing desk with office chair. Super comfortable mattress & soft pillows. Cleanliness is superb and all brand new. Bathroom is huge with double large sink, bathtub & shower area. Buffet breakfast spread has a lot varieties from pastries, nonya kuih, nasi lemak etc, hot & cold beverages including juices which for additional S$8 per pax is value for money. Concierge staff is very friendly & never fail to greet us whenever we are back to hotel & bid us farewell when leaving the hotel with our luggage. Feel welcomed.

Breakfast buffet quality of taste for fried rice and fried noodle to improve. Noodle soup too salty not edible.

It was my first stay@Amari. Got my room immediately upon arrival around 1pm on 17 floor as requested. The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful. Love the clean room, amenities, tv has many local and international channels and breakfast was delicious! Definitely will come back!

Room facing apartment which I find was too close had the curtain closed but not a big deal as spent most of the time out except evening.

The room's aircon was rather noisy and we didn't have a good night's rest.There was a stain on the bedsheet. The body wash provided has a terrible smell. The standing shower drainage was clogged, and the water couldn't flow down smoothly. The food spread in the executive lounge was rather miserable. The cookies tasted terrible and when I informed the staff, she said it was done by their kitchen. Overall experience wasn't good for the price I paid. Totally disappointed.

manage to check-in earlier at about 2pm. received complimentary cake as we booked the room for our anniversary/birthday celebration. breakfast was also superb! location is perfect, near to malls and easy ti get Grab drivers to pick us up if we'd like to rravel further :)

Location is great and it is just walking distance to JB check point. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant is very nice with variety of food options. Overall we are quite satisfied with our stay. We will chose again in next time too.

Shopping centre was a walking distance. Breakfast was superb!

No matter how much I tried to adjust the hot/cold water for the shower but i kept getting hot water. Even the spray gun connecting to the toilet bowl was super hot. As my room is connected to my parent's room, they in turn facing cold water all the way and give up adjusting the knob for hot water.

NOTHING TO COMPLAIN

Location excellent. Right across two shopping malls and very convenient. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable. Staff was friendly. I appreciate that the hotel provided a complimentary baby cot and baby bath tub!

Bed too soft. Air con too cold and seemed to be malfunctioning but maybe we just didn't know how to operate. It was freezing. Hot water sometimes non existent, depends on timing of our shower. Housekeeping offered to send an engineer to check it out but I said nevermind cos if would take too much time. Husband said this is Malaysia and to be expected. Beds were soft and lumpy but this is probably us being fussy. We drove and has parking issues. Husband parked at reserve lot accidentally and had to pay a release fee of 200RM. Hotel couldn't help us out.

Good hotel near to amenities, but pricey.

The swimming pool photo in booking.com looks big and impressive but the actual poll is really small. Please revise this so as not to give wrong impression.

Location is great and room is great as well.

We booked our room with executive lounge access with Amari and we are not informed that kids are not allowed to the lounge after 5pm. Previously with our stay, we do not have this restriction but they have just added into this month without informing the guest. If I would have known that kids are not allowed after 5pm, we would have just booked for the normal room. We did get to use the lounge this time round because we could not be leaving the kids in the room to go to the lounge. They still did not fix the air-con issue despite informing them last time round. The temperature is low that even when we turn off the aircon on the panel, the room is still freezing cold. They have forgotten our request upon check-in but they did make it up on the last day but the whole experience has been compromised.

The hotel itself is excellent.

Need to walk a bit to the nearest mall. Other than that, no issues at all.
