Nice location and price

I couldn't stay because I was late for the check-in hour. It was my bad; I did not check it carefully. But they didn't try to contact me, they didn't cancel my booking, so I didn't know until I arrived.

Everything is old, the floor in the room was completely wet all the time, the bathroom same. It's ok to sleep over and that's it.

Some of the worst beds I babe ever slept in. Very very hard.

Very dirty and smelly shower

For me it was just a 1 night stopover but this was a perfectly good place to stay. The room matched (or exceeded) the photos. The staff were very helpful even if there were some language difficulties. The area is pleasant for a stroll with everything you need. This type of hotel can be a little impersonal but it was a totally functional and comfortable hotel

Be careful if you drink the water provided it isn't free. I realised this but the notice is only in Vietnamese.

The bed

The noise from lift,staff and guests after midnight

The toilet has horrible smell coming from sewer! Therefore we had to open the window but unfortunatly we were attacked by mosquitos in the midnight which ruined our sleep!!!

we changed the room three times because the warm water wasn’t working and guess what even in the third room the water stopped after 2min, furthermore the bed was very very hard and it was so unbelieveable noisy in the night
