The house was exactly what we wanted. It was very spacious. All three bedrooms had en-suites plus an additional bathroom close to the door to the pool. The whole family enjoyed the pool. There was plenty of seating inside and outside of the house. The neighborhood was quiet (minus an occasional train) and you could easily walk to the beach.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lovely place. Very spacious and well decorated. Quite neighborhood. Occasionally a train would pass but not a big factor for our stay Highly recommend staying here. Would gladly do again

It was everything as advertised and more! Super close to the beach and the aquarium, and right across the tracks was a little hole in the wall tavern with pool tables.. was about a 5 min walk and we had some fun there as well. The house was roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed several meals made from scratch at the house and they had everything we needed. My kids loved the trains and airplanes that passed by. There is a museum called trainatics or something like that, that is a must see spot. Its 5 minutes from the house. The train museum has tons of fun activities for the kids. We had some spotty rainy weather most of our 4 day visit, but there was plenty to do in the area. We would love to come back in the summer to utilize the poom and local beach. I can tell that shannon the owner truely cares about her guests perception and comfort of the depot. The grill and pool and the 2 car garage are great amenities. We had a hail scare and luckily had the garage to park my one ton truck and my moms big suv. We loved the covered porch and spent many hours on it.

Great place. Perfect proximity to the beach and restaurants. The fenced yard is great for pets and kids. Very safe. Pool area is relaxing.

This is the 4th year my high school friends and home town friends have come to Mississippi for golf, dining, and seeing the other amenities such as the casinos. Donna has always been a great host and we all plan on coming again next year!!!

This is our 2nd stay at this property and we will be back for a 3rd! Love this house! 3 bedroom , 4 full baths, great living space, spacious kitchen with a large island/bar, and pool! We parked our three cars easily and had a gate to close for security. We love this place!

This house is perfect for family get together. Close to the beach and has great perfect depth pool. The only negative was not enough paper towels and toilet supplies. We loved our stay and would rent again

We have enjoyed each of our five stays at this marvelous home. It’s comfortable, clean, spacious and perfect for our gathering spot for Granddaughter’s birthdays! We don’t do much site seeing but love the pool and fabulous neighborhood. Thank you Donna and Shannon for yet another five star stay!

Our parents live in Gulfport so it is a great house to get the family together and celebrate my Father's 78th birthday.

Perfect location near the beach, restaurants, etc…. House and pool were so comfy you really won’t need to leave, you may just want to stay and relax. The train passes more than I would have expected but it was not noisy when indoors. Yard is so secluded behind fencing, it was perfect to bring the family dog and we felt like it was a little hideaway! We plan to be back in the future.

Everything was great! We only had a couple of small complaints. The grass needed to be cut pretty bad. It was extremely tall in the bushes and around the pool. The only other issue I had which really wasn't that big of a deal. The cooking pots and pans need updating. The house was clean and spacious. Loved the atmosphere and check-in was a breeze! We'll be booking again soon!

My family and I absolutely loved this home! Each bedroom has its own bathroom, plus an additional bathroom. Everything was cleaned well. The expectations and directions for accessing the home were clear. The pool was clean and well kept, as was the yard. Beach access was less than 2 blocks away. Will definitely consider this home again, if we travel to Gulfport again.

The house was perfect for our family retreat. Beds were very comfortable and quiet. The trains passing by was bately noticeable. Pool was a great added bonus. The boys loved the grassy area to play. Very relaxing stay and would definately consider staying here again. The host and her team were easy to correspond with.

We enjoyed our time at the Depot. Our grandkids were fascinated by the trains. The pool was wonderful and clean. Relaxing front porch. Within walking distance of the beach. Only thing I would change is a few updated cooking supplies/pans and a can opener. 4 bathrooms were great for our family reunion.

My family and I absolutely loved this house. The beds were extremely comfortable, and having four bathrooms made it super convenient to get ready. The house is located right beside railroad tracks, but we kind of got used to the trains and whistles. So much so, in fact, we're missing them. The pool at this house is probably the biggest pool we've ever had...we enjoyed it every day. The landscape at this house is incredible. My parents enjoyed drinking their coffee every morning on the spacious porch. I would say the only downside to this house is the property manager is really difficult to get a hold of, yet the property owner was super helpful. We've only been back to Tennessee for one day, but we're definitely already missing this gem of a house. Oh yeah, it's a super short walk to the beach as well.Would highly recommend.

Everything was great, we will be back!

Over all very satisfied with my stay. I stay in Feb and would think it'd be a great location in the summer having a pool. The only slight neg comment would be the train; it does not stop conversations, etc. But, while sleeping the train on the tracks is not loud but the whistle they blow while crossing the intersection a few house down from the property can wake you up at night (several times). If you're a light sleeper, I'd suggest a noise machine to help you sleep.

This was our third year at the Depot and couldn’t be more pleased. Our host Donna is improving the property every year. I would recommend anyone that wants an enjoyable stay in Gulfport to stay at the Depot!!!

This house has been very tastefully updated, very comfortable, great location for the beach or sailing. Really well equipped. The train motif on the railings of the deck were a gentle reminder of the proximity of the passing trains, but turned out were only a minor annoyance. Overall a fantastic place that we would happily rent again.

This home is well maintained and offered an amazing escape. We loved the pool and walking to the beach. Would definitely stay again. The only issue was the AC on one side of the house had a hard time keeping up with the heat, but it was ok.

This was our second time staying at the vacation station. We would definitely recommend staying here. The management is quick to respond to any problems or questions and takes great care of the property and their guests

Our family owns a small family business and every Labor Day weekend we love to head to the MS gulf coast. We rarely get time off so we are always looking for a relaxing pool and comfy living! We all agreed we loved this rental. Centrally located to great restaurants and fun spots. The beach was close and our grandchildren loved that! The grounds and pool area were amazing! That front porch is heavenly. The lay out of the house and the deco were so great. You can tell a lot of time and effort went into the planning! Well done!!

We love this wonderful home- it’s our 4th stay. We have family less than a mile away and enjoy this space for our for our gathering. Comfort. Home cooked meals. Gorgeous pool. Our (3)! Year old gives it an A+. We all love it!

This house was beautiful and amazing. By far the best house we have ever vacationed in. Had everything you could want. It was exactly as described. The pool is an added plus!! Could not have been happier.

What a beautiful house so close to the beach in Gulfport! Our family enjoyed relaxing at the Gulfport Breeze Depot. There was plenty of room for the adults, 3 grandkids, and our daughter’s dog. We enjoyed swimming in the pool every day and the dog loved the fenced backyard!! Donna has thought of so many things to make the stay comfortable and inviting. Shannon was super fast to answer any questions sent via text. We’ve already booked for summer of 2023!!
