This was our first stay at Portofino Resort. The price was good, the place was well stocked and Paula was quick to respond. Quick walk to gulf or bay, as well as property pools, restaurants and fitness center. However, the condo is in need of a good deep cleaning. Also, we were not able to access secure wifi and had to use the resort's public wifi.

The property left several things to be desired. The sheets were filthy and had not been cleaned from the previous guests. When we reached out to the host to inform her we received a one sentence reply saying housekeeping was contacted. We never heard from housekeeping nor did anyone ever come and change out the dirty sheets that were filled with food, stains, hair, sand, and dirt. One of the beds we couldn’t sleep in because of the filth. The dishes in the cabinets were not clean and there were questionable stains on the couch. When we arrived the cleaners were there an hour past check in and were rushing and not cleaning thoroughly. The host offered us a late checkout because of the cleaners lateness but upon check out the front desk hadn’t heard anything from the host and had no idea about a late checkout. The communication with this host was almost non existent. We left feeling very disappointed with our stay and would never book here again nor would we ever recommend it.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was close and easy to access as well as the bay. Walking across the street to the ocean was very simple and completely beautiful. We loved the condo and had more than enough room for everybody. We ate most meals in the condo and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. We loved being able to see the ocean, as well as the bay and the dunes. We would absolutely love to stay in this unit again.

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It has amazing ocean and sound views from every room, was very clean, decorated beautifully and stocked with everything our family needed for luxury stay. The resort amenities were a bonus with very friendly and helpful staff. The balcony had beautiful ocean and sound views - one of our favorite things about the condo. Beaches are a few minutes from the tower. Would highly recommend and hope to rebook again next spring. On a side note, the on-site restaurant has gluten free options. Another bonus!

The property was so clean, great views, and perfect for our family who is a family of four with a 2 year old and 3 year old! The host was great with communication with any questions I had. We were very pleased and will definitely be staying here again!

The location was incredibly beautiful and the resort was just far enough and close enough to the hubbub of restaurants ad attractions. We enjoyed the ammenities, including the pools, gym and tennis courts.

The condo and resort were so clean! Beautiful condo and decorated so nice. Loved all the seating inside and outside. I would definitely stay here again!

This was the most incredible vacation! I’ve been wanting to book at Portofino for years and am glad we finally did! This will be our new tried and true! Every single thing about this place is absolutely amazing! From booking to checkout… the process was seamless. The condo is immaculate! The property is like a 5 star resort! You don’t have to leave the resort if you don’t want to, but it’s close enough to the fun - and even has a trolley to the boardwalk! We are already looking for dates for our next trip!

Booking was easy. Check in a breeze. No problems with the condo. We were here for a dance competition, so we didn’t have time for anything but the beach and pool! We would stay here again!

Paula was amazing. Helpful and friendly. The photos didn’t do the place Justice. The condo was awesome and spacious. Great get away because our kids had a room with two beds and the parents had a room. The view was out of this world. Love the deck overlooking the bay and ocean. My kids also loved that the tv had good programming for late night movies. Thank you so much. Highly recommend!

Condo and resort were perfect for our family that included 3 teenagers. Plenty of activities to do! Will definitely return

The condo was great! Very roomy and had all the kitchen utensils etc we needed. The resort itself is such a nice location being able to go to the bay or gulf and everything was so close together and easy to walk to.

We enjoyed our stay and the breathtaking views out every window of this condo! The unit was clean, had linens and dishes available for our use, and a washer and dryer. Our children loved collecting seashells from the beach that was just across the street from this beautiful resort.
