This stay wa perfect for our group. I had a surpriae bday party vaca for my husband with q0 of our friends. Friends from different times in our lives, so they didnt all know each other. This villa had 8 separate rooms, one with a 2bd/2bth. It was nice that every couple/ person had their own space, with ensuite bath and kitchen. There is a groundskeeper, Tony, that also stays on the property. He is there for assistance throughout your stay. It was a great stay!

Edward was amazing to work with! He made sure everyone was taken care of and went well above and beyond!

We initially booked for days in May 2020. We had 18 people in our party. With the incidence of covid and the restrictions that came with it, my Wife and I had to juggle and assure all of our party that we would still have a vacation and our booking was safe. Edward the Property owner was very accommodating, as well as patient with all my questions and concerns. We rebooked for February 2021 and arrived to find it was more than advertised. The Property Manager was excellent and professional, we had two Chefs and a vehicle at our disposal. The rooms, the pool, the views were phenomenal. Edward was gracious and generous. Our time there was exceptional and too short. Everyone had their expectations exceeded and we left Aruba relaxed and saddened to be leaving. We immediately rebooked the Villa for next year and have already begun our lists and plans for our return. Aruba is the friendliest of the Islands and lives up to its name, " The Happy Island" 5 stars to Aruba, Edward and Villa Marina.

We had a great time the house is represented perfectly, you truly get what you pay for. Edward responds almost instantly and Tony goes completely out of his way to provide you with whatever you need. He even loaned us his personal cable box so we could all what the chiefs win the AFC game, would highly recommend renting this house for large groups and for those wondering like us room 6 and 7 have the best views but if you a little older some in our group had to move to lower rooms the stairs are a little steep the two bedroom room is really two bedrooms the location is great 10 min walk to malmok and 15 to 20 to the three steps beach

We had such a great time at this property. Everything was extremely clean and the pictures of the property online does not do the actual property justice. The caretaker on site was there when you needed him and helped address any issues that came up. The layout of the property was spectacular, my only wish is that there was some sort of layout online so you could plan who was in each room before arrival. Everyone had their own space, kitchen, and bath and there was common space by the pool where everyone could hangout. Room 7 had a fantastic panoramic ocean view. Very private so a large group could play music and not worry about being too loud. Every bathroom had an amazing shower with jets. The kitchen came stocked with basic supplies needed. Some supplies were scattered throughout the different rooms so if you needed something generally someone else had it (we all shared 3 spatulas lol). The kitchens give you the opportunity to save money and cook in luxury. We had the reception at the Villa which was perfect for 20 under the gazebo and had a chef come and cook our meal. The caretaker was able to supply us with all the dishes so we did not need to rent anything besides cloth napkins. The only error we found online is that there was no supplies like chairs or bikes or canoes. It was an absolute dream staying here for the week and I would recommend this place to anyone, it was a better experience than any all-inclusive resort I’ve been to. We definitely hope to return one day.

Edward & Toni-thank you for providing the best vacation experience that we have ever had. My wife & I along with our kids & grandkids had a great memory experience from our 1st time in Aruba.

Great location and great setup for several families. We had a gathering place around the pool for all to be together but then all had our own private rooms to get away. Tom is a great property manager and responded to any need. I do recommend getting a car so you can easily get around the island when you want. Bus is down the road but only comes every hour. Definitely recommend Edward's place if you are looking for a place for several small groups.

Villa Marina was everything you see in these pictures and more! A beautiful villa with multiple suites, an accommodating property manager and responsive property owner. Edward responded to all of my emails within a matter of hours, and Toni was on site and ready to address all concerns as they arose. They even had rental vans available for a reasonable rate, and we did not need to do this ourselves. It was so nice also to have a clean pool, separate suites and a full kitchen in each unit. There was a group of 18 women, and we partied hard and had a wonderful time! I highly recommend Villa Marina! The location was away from the busy downtown and hotel district, but easily accessible to the main roads. We felt safe and secure in the villa. Thank you Edward and Toni!

Edward was great and the property was very neat a clean. Very much responsive to every request we had and made our group feel right at home the entire time. Well worth the break especially at a gorgeous house like this one. Would definitely recommend!

Edward the owner was easy to work with concerning renting the property. Edward answered my messages within 10 minutes or less. Tony, who managed the property was amazing and informative to assist with making our vacation awesome. We used cook services and the food was great. Spacious and private.

Our first time in Aruba excellent stay everything was exactly as the pictures except the beach is a little drive away . Tony the property manager was very attentive and nice - overall wonderful stay with family and kids

The "Vesace Villa" so we called it was the most amazing, beautiful, spacious placed we've stayed. We travel often as a group of 18 and this house suited us perfectly with more space if needed. The owner and Ton was on point whenever needed... although we didn't need much. I highly recommend the place for anyone wanting to enjoy this luxurious villa. We will definitely utilize this Villa the next time we visit Aruba. Thank you

Our stay at the Villa Marina was wonderful. There were 13 of us. The accommodations worked out perfectly. The entire group enjoyed their stay. The villa was convenient to shopping and the beaches. Tony was a pleasure to meet. He was there when and if we needed anything. Edward was easy to contact. Edward and Tony made sure our vacation would be great. It was a pleasure to stay at this property. We also rented two vans from Edward that were waiting for us when arrived. This was so convenient. If we ever travel to Aruba again, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Edward and Tony for your hospitality.

This property has everything you need plus plenty of privacy. You are close to the beach as well as restaurants, bars and shops in the hotel zone. The pool is perfect and gets sun all day. We had a group of 18 and there was plenty of room to spread out with the individual units. Everything was exactly as advertised. We also rented transportation from Edward which made everything so much quicker and easier. Great vacation!

This property is perfect for a large group or family! Separate living spaces with a large outside meeting area. Gives privacy when wanted. Tony is the best, helping wherever needed! This was out 3rd time booking and look forward to reserving in the further. Christy

We come to Aruba for last 14 years and this year we decided to switch to the house rental. This property is something we fall in love with last year when we where on Aruba looking for this year acomidations . Tony property manager was always there when we need him, Edward responses to our emails with in minutes . Every unit is 5 star and very private. We are coming back for sure.

Loved the home and the pool area where we spent most of our time. Plus we had all the privacy in the world because they were like 9 apartments with there own kitchen. Definately would stay at this house again.

We had a great stay at Vill Maria for spring break! Three couples and 5 teenagers and the accommodations were perfect. We were all able to have our own rooms but gather by the pool and outdoor grill and dining everyday. Tom, the caretaker, was excellent to help us with any questions and kept our many pool towels washed and dried daily. Edward, the owner, was also extremely helpful and always quick to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

We came with a family of fourteen and upon arrival were amazed with Villa Marina. The house is incredibly large and laid out like a grand hotel. Having the pool as the focal area with the bar area and seating area enabled our family to visit have drinks and watch or swim with the children.
