HONEST REVIEW, Do read if you care about trust, good communication and value for money!  WORST HOST and stay ever! - Received msg at 3PM that we could check-in. We arrived 6PM. No access card or keys in mailbox as promised. Contacted them via WhatsApp and receive msg that it arrives in 30 min. Acces card arrives after 8PM! (Was told due to busy traffic, however driver told me he was only called at 0730PM, so host lied about this); - Host didn’t know acces code for the unit, so still couldn’t enter with my gf and 2 young kids; - Entered room after 8PM, no hotel key for air conditioning and fridge, and way to hot in unit to sleep atm; - We’re told key arrives in 10m. At 9:30PM (35m later) Hotel key arrives for A/C and fridge; - After contacting host when unpacked and kids in bed, the host told me there is no Wifi (and TV) due to unit being new; - Host gave option for full refund if I leave the unit at 10:30PM (with 2 young kids sleeping after a long and tiring day because of all the mistakes from the host) Send several msg in WhatsApp group (created by them). Nearly to no reply at all whatsoever!!  Gave them several possibilities and options for solution or refund, because we paid for things that were advertised but not available / there. Host doesn’t reply anymore at all. Another person from I Housing contacted me with the promise to come back to me the day after due to all problems. Still haven’t heard anything... - No Wifi, no TV, no sofa bed, no pool view (all promoted) - Shower was cold after 3-4 Min. So unable to shower comfortably with family after each other. If you made it this far, well done and please think twice before booking accommodations with I Housing. They might have nice units or accommodation for rent however if you value honesty, trust and good communication I suggest looking for a different host.

poor elavator service. pool too slippery.. gym can't be use ( security informed for residence only)

The location was ok. Staff was good in assisting to check in.

The floor was not mop. Dirty. Most of the furniture was unstable. Got a broken bed. Bed sheets are not washed n cleaned properly. Found it was only stashed in the locker wardrobe. My whole family got bitten by bed bugs. The unit i got is not a family friendly unit.

Booked the apartment for a night with my family. Host was easy to talked to and fast reply. They created a ws group for communication and all the details is there. Apartment is clean and comfortable. Great view and not far from the city area.

My nephew wanted to go for a swim but the restrictions they provide was too hassle. They have session for a 1hr swim with booking slot so ya we end up skipping that. We were hoping it's more convenient for the kids.

Everything was nice and clean

the instruction given is clear and simplify the process to get the access card. the scenery is amazing, parking lot provided (2 parkings) and the facilities provided is in good condition. Keep up your good job!

few parking space for temporary park the vehicle to collect the key from mailbox at lobby due to the check in process by guard & unable to make a turn inside the property to go back to visitor/ homestay parking. Need to do u turn outside the property again.

Everything was Good to me. But only aircond make me not feel good 100%

Next time Aircond must be good condition. 😕
