We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Perfect size, clean, nice ambiance and very comfortable. As both of us have allergies, we were delighted to have sheets and towels that were fragrance free.

We were in town for a wedding, and this cute little two bedroom house in Gratitude was perfect for our needs. The house is immaculate and fully equipped. The front door entry keypad was a bit challenging, but we got used to it… Overall, great stay!

Came down for our first time to the area and our first triathlon and had a blast. The location is amazing and it was very very clean. Perfect for a weekend away

Everything was perfect. We had read that the area was friendly and that was so true. We just relaxed and spent some time at the beach. Restaurants were all excellent. The Java Coffee House was my favorite place to spend some time in the mornings.

The house has been fully renovated and is close to the bay.

This property is well maintained and the amenities make it a shining star. We enjoyed the subtle coastal decor and the convenience of having many amenities even if we did not cook our meals here. The location for us was a winner. We spent our time in Chestertown for the Downrigging Event but also lots of fun in Rock Hall a friendly coastal community. Breakfast at a local spot “Java Rock” But they serve lunch as well. Great Menu and hours…. We hope to return in the future. Visited the Eastern Neck Park Where we saw eagles and a beautiful butterfly garden. The landscaping a Plus as well at The Bay Haven Cottage. Note: Master bedroom bedroom so pretty/ restful and comfy mattress

We had the best time! The house was perfect for us. We spent the days on Main St and when it was time to head back we were just minutes away. We will def be booking again

Darling house with all amenities-clean and newly decorated. The town of Rock Hall was delightful. My husband and I biked all over and had a great 3 days!

House has been recently remodeled, and was very clean and bright with plenty of parking! Highly recommend for and visits to Rock Hall, walking distance to everything!

Our stay was all in all fine The house could use some improvements 1) there is no regular TV just netflix and hulu 2) needs more cooking pots 3) there is no grill this would be a great add Rock Hall is a wonderful get away

My Sister Couzin and I Really enjoyed the house and Rockhall.Everything was clean and town was very walkable with nice beach and restaurants.

This cute little 2 bedroom home was conveniently located and perfect for a family of 4. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. We especially liked the open floor plan for the kitchen, dining area and living room.

We loved hanging out in the living room area - the couch and chairs were quality furniture and very clean. We ate out for our meals, but the kitchen worked nicely for snacks and beverages, though a light over the kitchen sink would be most welcome. All in all, it was a wonderful weekend with friends in a very pretty setting

Well decorated and well kept. This was my first time renting a VRBO so I was pleasantly surprised to see it was well supplied with paper towels, tp, and dishwasher detergent. I wish all the plates were microwavable (since that's how I do a lot of cooking) but we made do using the bowls and other things in the well-stocked kitchen. The living area was perfect with good lighting and comfortable couches. The beach was easy to get to with free parking and wasn't crowded at all. This was exactly what we were hoping for. Would definitely stay again!

The house was dirty, the stove top and burner control area were very greasy and dirty, the kitchen is not well appointed! There was not even a picture to make iced tea and only two cook pots and two small frying pans. This is to accommodate four people but you would have to constantly wash dishes in order to have clean ones available. There is no icemaker and there were no tissues or additional paper towels. This property was not conducive for home away from home. I could’ve spent a lot less money staying at the local Holiday Inn and had the same amenities! There was no casserole dishes or pans for baking anything. The bedsheets were mismatched and stained, the queen bed you could not move in it without it appearing as though it was going to fall apart! The air conditioner in the larger bedroom did not work. The bathtub is rough looking and there was a filthy shower mat in the bathtub to step on that was gross. This property needs a lot of improvement I would reconsider before booking another day at this house.
