Everything is well maintained. Cozy and homey room with tasteful furnishing. Very pretty and extensive grounds including a tiny pond, spacious lawns, and the inn overlooks a small and charming port where you can take a walk in the piers. Delicious breakfast, outdoor seating for those who want it or need it. Great quiet yet comfortable retreat. Would return.

The location was great. We were visiting friends who had their boat in the Marina.
We were not able to eat dinner at the Inn. Wish we could've had that opportunity. It looked like the ratings in travel magazines are good for the restaurant. It was too bad that they had to cancel our reservations--and at the last minute--but we were told the chef became ill; so what can one say? Maybe get a sous chef that is trained in the chef's methods and procedures for such an eventuality?

Beautiful location.
Very steep steps with our room on the 3rd floor. No one to assist with carrying luggage. This was difficult for us as we are in our 70’s and 80’s. It would have been really nice to have some help. No one even offered to help us. We didn’t realize this until we arrived.

Our room, the Shamrock, was great! Nice view of the water, comfortable bed, and very clean! The staff were super pleasant! Breakfast was delicious!!

The breakfast had everything; homemade quiche and french toast casserole, fresh fruit, yogurt and more. The hosts were friendly and attentive. Late check-in was super easy. The room, eating areas and property are beautiful. We actually did see two ospreys! I would definitely stay there again if I were in the area.

Excellent food and service in the restaurant for dinner and the breakfast buffet in the cafe. Clean, comfortable, and well-decorated room. Quiet, relaxing location. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We hope to return in the warmer months.

Stairs to our room were a little difficult.
Due to wind and rain we could not ride bikes.

Perfect location for the triathlon, breakfast was excellent as well as the restaurant. Enjoyed the use of the bikes to ride to buy ice cream and to watch sun set. Will be back next year
There was a fear that since we were in the upstairs front room that people could see into the room in the evening. We never tested to see if that was true.

Loved that it was right on the water in an inlet. Loved how peaceful and quiet. It was also close to town and two restaurants and bars. It’s a hidden gem. Very pretty. Staff and visitors were nice and welcoming.
Just a bit pricey, no elevator and our room was on the third floor.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection of items - Mexican frittata, peach bread pudding, bagels, hard boiled eggs. Sitting outside was lovely, although the flies liked it too. The location is great, near the marinas.

The room was amazing. I loved the bathroom. I loved the cookies they gave us! Also, the breakfast was really good and I mean really good!

This is a wonderful hidden gem in Rock Hall. Room was Clean beautiful and cozy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The marina is nice. The complimentary breakfast was superb. The restaurant for dinner was excellent.
Not only is is all perfect, the wonderful views and sunset is breath taking. We will definitely be back.

More basic food wpuld be helpful like eggs and breakfast meat otherwise good. Loved fire pit and pool.
As above breakfast. A king size bed would have been good. Add lotion to grooming aids.

Location, complimentary bikes and kayaks
Room amenities and continental breakfast were disappointing for price and level of hotel. Pillows were flat, toilet hard to flush, bathroom lightening very dark,
etc. Hard to reach staff for questions or requests. Office was empty most of the time. The worst was receiving a call on the way home from innkeeper asking if we “saw” a disposable pump soap in the bathroom. Shocking to get such a call when we weren’t even supplied toiletry refills by the maid service, including t.p.
