Beautiful condo. Very large and clean. Enjoyed our stay. Could use a mat in showers and additional washcloths. Liked location and parking was good. Overall great stay. Would stay again

The condo was clean and pleasantly decorated. The images of the condo are accurate. The property manager was helpful in checking us in after midnight due to an unexpected flight issue. However, it was not without multiple conversations. Be aware that there is a "policy" that you cannot check in after midnight. This is not listed on the listing or rental agreement. There were several issues I had with the condo. The built in grill does not work. There is a standing grill that does not work. There is a ninja grill on the counter that does work but is not what we wanted. There are no lights on the balcony. The table on the balcony was painted and the paint chipped off and stuck to everything and everyone. The chairs on the balcony for laying out need to be clean and/or replaced. Everything in the kitchen worked well, however, updating the cooking utensils and pans would be helpful. The beach umbrella and chairs that are listed on the available items with the unit are old. Most have rust or broken parts with holes. There is an ice chest, but it doesn't roll well. The umbrellas are the ones that attach to the beach chair. There is not a standalone umbrella. The plus is that there are plenty of beach towels. Due to the issue with chairs and umbrellas we had to buy a canopy and chairs from Academy. These had to be left at the condo due to our traveling arrangements. So, I guess those are available for future renters. Sheets are too small in the master bedroom.

This was our14th straight year at Ocean Vistas condo.This is simply the best place to vacation in Daytona, especially since they rid the pool area of their gestapo-like guards who enforced, to a tea, the numerous rules prohibiting any fun at the pool.

One of the best vacation rentals we've ever had. Just a gorgeous place. Words can't do it justice. And it's just huge! Plenty of room for everybody to find their own space. Beautiful view as well. The balcony is giant too! Love this place!

Loved our stay but was disappointed with the electric grill we thought we were going to have on the balcony. It was a Ninja plug in electric griddle/grill (appliance you can buy at Walmart) that could cook 2 steaks at a time and a couple of the beach chairs provided were rusted and broken. Other than that we were very pleased. Plenty of linens, pillows, bath and beach towels and it was very clean when we arrived. Kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs.

We had a great stay at this property. Check-in was easy and included a tour of the property. The condo included everything we needed as far as beach towels and chairs, and the kitchen was well stocked with any appliances that were needed. Plenty of room for all of the guests. The pool was very nice and the grounds provided great places to sit and hang out. The only draw back, and not the property owners fault, was high tide that prevented us from driving on the beach to set up our tent most of the week. Thankfully the beach ramp is right next to the building.

Hands down the most beautiful views of both the ocean and river from balconies. Our children, ages 10 and 13, loved having their own rooms with individual bathrooms. Master suite was large with a gorgeous bathroom. Dual shower heads were a plus. The large kitchen has top notch appliances and every cooking utensil/pots and pans you would need. We stayed a week and enjoyed all amenities. Loved the heated pool and the outdoor fire pit. The hot tub was hotter than blue blazes and definitely not enjoyable. The pool table in the club room was nice for the cooler days. Beach access right out of parking garage. We would definitely stay here again. Worth the money!

Pictures and reviews are correct for this condo. Everything was as it should be. Lovely place. Very large, plenty of room for 8 adults. Private elevator was amazing. Great private parking. Loved that the condo included beaching towels!! That was a huge plus for us! Also includes a large cooler and wagon. Definitely added values!! Only somewhat negative comments (never hindered us) was that the hot tub was hotter than the seventh circle of hell. 😝 Couldn’t put but your lower legs in it. The pool was an amazing temp, warm on cool days!! All and all, great experience at the condo. Dealing with the Orlando airport and car rentals… definitely a huge negative for all of us. (Advice, do not go during spring break - save yourselves the huge headaches) Special shoutout to Dennis for helping us with our ultra late arrival. Many thanks!!

I love this property, room 1006 a very nice unit because you get the best views of the ocean and views of the Halifax river. The semi private elevator is great! The only slight downfall is the room itself could use some minor updates. I would definitely book this room again!

Had a really nice stay at Ocean Vistas!
The condo was very large and nicely stocked. Plenty of room for the family and the property was well managed. Our entire family really liked staying here. Only negative was that the bed in the master bedroom had a really loud squeak every time you sit or try to move on the bed, so we ended up sleeping on the large couches for most of the week.

Our overall stay at the property was average.
This is our 3rd time staying at Ocean Vista in Daytona. This condo unit needs some attention compared to other ones as I felt that it may just be a “rental” and not someone’s personally. It had just not been cared for like the others where most are decorated beautifully. This one had everything we need but it was “just what we needed” and nothing more. When we first arrived, we popped out the red chair in second room and there was a bug crawling on it. We reported and they arrived quickly with 3 people from housekeeping to vacuum and spray it. They were very proactive with this, however, we saw two additional bugs during our stay. Gross!
The complex is very nice and cared for, but a little to strict as it relates to the pool. It closes at dark, cannot have drinks 4 foot from pool, cannot throw balls, cannot laugh and carry on, must wear shirt when entering the garage, etc. The pool security would rush over to politely tell us this was not allowed.
Again, overall the stay was average.

The room was beautiful and everything that just was described. The balcony was very large with great views of the ocean and plenty of seating.
Our air conditioning went out one night (in the middle of June!) and Enis had someone out there by mid-day the next day to fix it. We were very pleased with how quickly she responded to this situation and to all of our questions.
For those needing an extra sleeping space, the little roll-away bed came in handy and was actually pretty comfortable.
We travel to Florida twice a year and will definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

11th year at Ocean Vistas
This was our fourth different, and best unit that we have stayed in at Ocean Vistas. This unit was huge with a great balcony and view of the beach and ocean. The unit was very clean and had every kitchen utensil that you could imagine. You basically have your own private elevator which also drops you close to the pool and beach entrance. Enis, the owner, was very easy to work with. We'll definitely return next summer.

Great building, ok unit
We love this building and have stay 4 times in the past. Great location and great amenities. Each unit is privately owned and equipped differently. This one was fine, but could use some attention. One big draw for us is the grill outside and it was not functional. A small electric grill was provided but it too did not work. Great stock of cooking pans but silverware needs to be restocked. Couch is meant to recline but isn't powered (and is less comfortable without this feature).
One suggestion is to add a step stool for those shorter of stature. We used kitchen tools to get things out of the washer, off top shelves etc. :)
So overall, great location and we'd stay in the unit again but if one of the others was also available, we'd probably choose a different one. But the improvements are pretty minor, so perhaps the owner is able to address easily.

Great Vacation!
We really enjoyed staying at this property! They take excellent care of the building and grounds and the condo was perfect! It’s very spacious and plenty of room for everyone! We would stay here again! Great place for a family vacation!

Springbreak in Daytona Shores
The Condo was really terrific! Very spacious and accommodating. The outside deck was just incredible to have morning sunrise views and enjoy the ocean! The condo provided beach towels and beach chairs as well which was a nice touch! They also had a few extra cots that allowed comfortable sleep.
Only negative was that there were only 3 keys, which required the large group to coordinate a bit given that keys are needed for pool and beach access.
The location was flexible enough to allow for a good walk or drive down to the pier.

Amazing location
Quiet setting, beautiful property with easy access to the ocean/beach. Not very busy and the condo was extremely clean and we felt like we were at home. The condo had dishes and blankets and towels and made it very comfortable for us. The balcony view was absolutely perfect

Lovely spot by the sea
We loved this location. Can't beat the proximity to the ocean. Right outside the building door. Huge condo and I mean huge!! Spacious everything. A few carpet spots but I would totally recommend this condo!!! The balcony is amazing. Very private. People that we came across in the building were so nice. Building staff beyond hospitable. You will not be disappointed in this choice for your get away.

Just like the pictures!
Ocean Vistas 1006 was lovely! The building was very nice, secure and hospitable. The condo was very spacious, with everything you could need (bedding, pillows, towels, kitchen items). Plenty of beach chairs & towels. Nice semi private elevator. Very easy access to the beach. We booked the condo specifically for the balcony. The view was perfect and we spent many hours out there as a family. It was our favorite part of the condo! The only disappointment was the grill on the balcony. We had planned to grill all of our dinners for the week and the main gas grill was broken. There was a small electric one provided, which was helpful, but it took much longer to cook our dinners because of the electricity and the small size. All in all, we would definitely return to Ocean Vistas! We didn't want to leave!

Great Stay!
The property was exactly as advertised. We loved the large patio and easy beach access. The owner also had plenty of beach chairs and a beach wagon for us to utilize. We needed a third key fob for the property and the property manager was quick to respond. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was just as listed. It was very clean and well stocked with beach gear and beach towels. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cook wear. Anuja’s Was very nice and great to work with.

This room not up to par!!
Having stayed at this property before, we were expecting so much more from our room, especially at this price!
The list is long, but I will try to be brief…the carpet was ragged and had spots all over the place, looks like it needed to be replaced years ago, main balcony furniture was rusted and paint peeling off of table, and the balcony glass was so dirty we bought window cleaner ourselves to clean it. The leather furniture was ripped at the seams, small couch in bedroom had huge rip in it, and the couch and chair were supposed to recline but there was no place to plug them into! The overall cleanliness of the room was sub par. The lighting was terrible in the main room, bright overhead track lighting that was way too bright!
The patio had no lights or fans, one panel fell off of the kitchen cabinet, and the balcony facing the inter coastal’s furniture was really rusty!! There were no towel racks in the bathroom to hang towels after a shower, and the kitchen cabinets smelled moldy!
The property itself was nice, but the pool needed cleaned and the ice makers on site were inadequate and did not serve the needs of the people.
Even with all this, I would say we still enjoyed our stay, just disappointed that the room was not what was expected.

Perfect Family Trip
Great place! Super spacious and perfect for our family vacation. Pans in the kitchen need replacing but we got by with what we found actually worked. Needs a few more wash cloths and dish towels. Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs that were in great shape for the beach. Nice cooler and wagon was available for the beach also. I will say that the “ramp” that goes to the beach is great until you have to pick up everything at the end for the 4 steps. The facility is also pretty strict in the pool. The have a security guard that will get say something if you get the least bit out of line with the rules. The semiprivate elevator was great! Overall the place was great and we would consider staying again.

Love this Condo
This was truly a wonderful experience for our family! We were able to relax, go to the beach when we wanted (all the necessary beach going items were available at the condo), any dishes or cooking items were easily available. It was literally just like being at home. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

The room are all spacious and nicely appointed, and the 2 balconies are fantastic. One gives you direct access to the beautiful beach, waves, and sunrise while the 2nd balcony gives you access to the intercoastal waters and the sunsets.This unit truly has everything you want in a rental. Extremely satisfied.

The room are all spacious and nicely appointed, and the 2 balconies are fantastic. One gives you direct access to the beautiful beach, waves, and sunrise while the 2nd balcony gives you access to the intercoastal waters and the sunsets.
