location on the hard rock hotel golf course . Nice pool directly outside the back door. quiet location, well supplied kitchen, comfy bed and bedding. Dana was a responsive property manager, however in spite of acknowledging her awareness of the lack of kitchen hot water she admitted there was little she could do to address it.

kitchen had no hot water. had to boil water on the stove every time we had to do dishes. falsely advertised as being on the beach front. beach is a 10 minute walk away and the only access to the beach or infinity pool is via the Cana Bay beach club that charges each person 25.00 per person per day. the 25.00 can be used at the club to purchase food or drink, however it is quite overpriced. 9.00 for a local beer, and you cannot consume food or libations brought from the outside on site. the property description on booking .com should be clarified and hot water in kitchen should absolutely be addressed.

Very nice host, beautiful apartment, close to a nice swimming pool, very near parking space.

Does not have "beachfront" access. The only way to access the beach is to go outside to public beach 15 min away by car (Macao), or to pay 25 usd per person per day (Money you can consume) in a beach club within the condo. They told us kids didn't need to pay, but the beach club charged us anyways. Nice place but didn't expect to spend 100 usd for a beach day, on top of the apartment cost.

Amazing place! The apartment is very comfortable, even for a family of 5, with direct access to the community (climatized) infinity pool, and a small playground - very kids-friendly. Beautiful view, all around the place. Access to Cana Bay Beach Club. Safe in COVID times (everyone VERY compliant with social distancing). The hosts were very friendly and accommodating... Our entire family loved it!

In a touristic condo complex you can not always control the profile of other guests - some people might get noisy at moments. That said, there are strict community rules and a 24-7 supervision so, with minor exceptions that were promptly corrected, everyone was mostly compliant.
