El lugar es majestuoso, los restaurantes son excelentes y lo mejor de todo es el servicio, las atenciones, los detalles y la simpatia del personal en general. Regresamos pronto, si Dios lo permite.

I liked the customer service that their employees have with customers. The different restaurants with very good variety. The rooms are very comfortable. Everything outside was beautiful.
The air conditioning in all the facilities did not work at its capacity. This included the rooms, and the restaurants, which looked and feel like saunas, during the day or night. This situation was sooo uncomfortable. Everyone was sweating at all times. I spoke with employees and with a manager in one of the restaurants and they told me that was like that always. This situation made me decide not to return to this hotel. Management has to repair the whole air conditioning system throughout the hotel.

We loved our stay at the Majestic Elegance, particularly because the staff were so careful to ensure we were having a good time. From 24 hour room service, to butler service with a direct line of communication via WhatsApp, we always felt our questions were answered.
The rooms required a key card to enter, and it was less than ideal as we had to carry the keycard around at all times and our room card receiver required many tries before gaining access.
We also found the food to sometimes be overly salty (the soups particularly), and the drinks very sugary, but were pleasantly surprised by the dining options overall. There were always bars available to make drinks near all the pools and beaches.

The resort was great, The staff was wonderful.
The only issue we had was I paid for the Elegance adult only, but we had to stay in another building, they did give us a credit to use on some services but having made the reservation six months ago, I was disappointed.

Il n’y a que l’immensité des lieux qui est gênante. Sans quoi les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie est de qualité (même si la femme de ménage ne sait pas faire le lit)

Beautiful location. Our room was spacious for the four of us and had everything that we needed. There were plenty of activities offered to fill the time if we had nothing scheduled.
Making the reservation through booking.com was our biggest mistake- there was no answer when I called to change my booking, and no response to email. This ended up costing us a significant amount more than what we should have had to pay.
I described the food as "the okayest food ever". The only decent meal we had was at the Japanese restaurant. We are not picky eaters but no one in our group was able to find anything on the buffets that was even remotely good.

I have several grievances about my stay, and will like to know how would I be compensated? There were four blackouts one was extensive not only that or two separate days my first day and the third day there was a roach crawling across the main Buffay. As well as there are cats on the property. What do you have video footage of the bug crawling across the Buffay on the second day. And I strongly dislike cats. I was told that I could do one or the other get a credit while I’m I was still there, to spend in one of the stores or do paperwork. There are 42 people in our Party. I have not discuss the bug issue with any of them because none of them saw it. I was told everyone was being compensated for the two blackouts. That was before the other two blackouts happen. Not only should I get compensated for the blackouts, but there should be a substantial conversation for roaches crawling across the main Buffay on two separate days as well as a credit while I am here I would like to know a timeframe of a refund and would like very much for you to be done before I check out and pay the full amount of my stay. I return home on yesterday and spoke with the manager on shift prior to me leaving and my butler Orlando I was told the paperwork will be in and that someone would be contacting me some for a refund. I was told by the manager that they had to spray for the roaches, so there was knowledge that they had them prior to me arriving to this location.

The room at night is a little bit hot.

There was no water in the faucet or in the shower and left us without any solution for over a whole day! (when the cost we paid for a night is about $400!).
The air conditioner was also without the option of turning off or changing the temperature, so we stayed a day with very cold air that could not be turned off or changed the temperature.
The TV in the room also had a defect in the screen, with horizontal lines on the display.
The level of food is extremely poor and includes only poor quality fast food, there are almost no basic products such as beef, chicken, and fish.
The quality of the alcohol is at the worst level there is, without any normative quality brands, certainly in relation to the expensive price that the hotel demands!
There are only 2 restaurants where you can make a reservation but the representatives seem to be instructed not to allow it and always claim that there is only one restaurant available and only on the last day of the stay.
It is evident without any doubt that the hotel is stingy in the biggest levels there is! They are trying to make money without giving any return, an absolute attempt to save and subtract at the customer's expense in every possible way!

the location was great
the sound system in the theater was terrible. super loud and painful to the ears. we went two nights. the first we left right away. the second we brought ear plugs and it was not nice either. also the alcoholic drinks
seemed to be water down at every bar.
the toilets were terrible. I am not sure who thought to design the toilets in a square fashion and so high of the ground. but for women it is terrible. I felt like I was on a plank swing about to fall off.
one last thing. the pricing for sunblock or anything like that was seriously criminal in the price. $37-45 +- was shocking and sadly the employees seemed ashamed in the pricing as a result of our reaction! I don’t blame them

Butler service, location, beaches were stunning, many dining choices, very spacious- they were fully booked.but there was zero crowding or even waiting, lots of live music and a completely relaxed environment within the resort. We will definitely go back.
We booked a one day snorkeling, beach, lunch excursion to Catalina Island through GoMajestic Tours. A total of 4.5 hours was spent on a bus, the boat we were on had twice as many people as would comfortably fit with inadequate seating and not enough shade, the beach wasn't nearly as nice as the hotel. I'd say you need to see the Caribbean beaches, but Not on this excursion. To be fair, the swimming with horses excursion was very nice, although its a trail ride with no cantering or trotting... the tour guides and photos for that are outstanding and swimming with those horses was amazing.

The landscaping was beautiful. There were seating all over, nice cozy corners to relax. The staff was friendly, especially Arisleydi, who paid special attention to details. The atmosphere was warm & delightful.

The food selection was good.
There was too much pork and not enough turkey and chicken. In some cases the food was not cooked thoroughly so I could not eat it for fear of getting sick. They sometimes ran out of food. My biggest complaint was the food was served COLD.

Very clean, the staff was attentive and friendly, and the manager is hands on helping to make everyone’s vacation special.

The resort is big and connected to other 2 resorts of the same brand.
The structure was scheduled to be renovated the week after our stay. Restaurants started closing without notice in the middle of the week, leaving very little choice for dining.
The staff was in vacation mode since the beginning of the week and started removing beds and cushions from the pools on our second day there. It felt like we were bothering them most of the time.
The entertainment was non existent because “we are closing for renovations “. The fact is that we paid for services that we did not get.
