The Condo is very nice and spacious. The location is quite a distance to Cabarete and Sosua. Taxi to either towns are not 200 pesos as stated in condo information they are 600 pesos each direction so $25 to $30 return depending on Canadian or American dollars. Their is no Bar or Restaurant at the complex. It has been completely closed for 2 years due to covid with no sign of its return. So eating out is very expensive if you add taxi fare. Cooking becomes necessary. The whole apartment water filter is a farce. It is there but does not work it is unplugged. We were there 6 weeks and still the plumber has not arrived. From what I hear from others in the building is it will likely never work. The Refrigerator leaks so mopping floor is an extra chore needed. The owner has one set of sheets for each bed and one set of towels for each bathroom. Thats fine for someone staying a few days or a week, maybe, but for 6 weeks. She wont pay to have them cleaned at all,and wont pay to have her condo cleaned for the whole 6 weeks. We paid $800 pesos to wash her bedding and towel. And we paid $30 to have the condo properly cleaned once. We kept the daily housekeeping up other than that. This apartment is not looked after by the condo complex so if you have problems, there is nobody to help other than the owner who is out of Country and obviously has not been to her Condo in years judging by her condo description.

We were 2 couples that stayed for 2 weeks. This condo was everything we imagined it could be. The kitchen was fully stocked, even has a blender for your favorite blender drinks! Very convenient to pool & BBQ. Wonderful view of both the pool & the ocean. PERFECT... 10 out of 10 !!

I really enjoyed my holiday in my two bedroom condo. It was quite so easy to relax. It was nice to chitchat around the pool with the people from all over. There's many vacationers from Quebec which was nice because my husband and I are francophones. The condo is very spacious with lots of windows, I enjoyed the patio doors connecting to the back deck for both bedrooms. If you don't want to eat in a restaurant all the time, the kitchen is supplied with everything you need to cook a meal. There's a nice restaurant right on the property. The owner was very nice in changing my dates to a few days earlier with no hesitation. If I had questions or suggestions he was quick in answering and was very opened to suggestions. The beach is just 15 minutes away, It was our daily morning walk for the day. The waves are strong enough so if you are a surfer, this is a good place for you plus there's rentals right there. My husband and I are already talking about going back for one month this time instead of three weeks.

The condo was everything as advertised and more. The beds where very comfortable. I was very impressed overall with the conditions of the entire property and its quiet location.
